Lovely stay, cute, spotless, unique cabin with loads of charm, quiet neighborhood, able to take multiple walks with our dog, access Rio Grande River from the cabin, visit some sites, ie: North Clear Creek Falls, Seepage Rd, and read, knit, watch the clouds pass during the day from back porch and the moon rise at night. Exactly what we were looking for.

Awesome Cabin

Awesome little pet-friendly cabin that suited all of our needs. The views were amazing, beds comfortable and building super clean. Owner was amazing and quick to respond to our needs. Definitely a great place to stay when in Creede!

Cute cabin with amazing views!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The cabin was just the right size for two of us, and the dog, and the views from all of the open windows were breathtaking. We loved that, although we were in a "neighborhood," we still felt isolated and alone, while also within just a short driving distance to Creed and a plethora of hiking trails.

Best Place We Have Stayed In

The cabin was beautiful, well maintained. The location was perfect, with plenty of open area and neighboring cabins were far enough away so we felt we were not encroaching on their privacy or vice versa. My brother and I were in Creede primarily for a fishing trip and the private access to "gold medal" waters on the river was a big plus. The property owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. All in all, it was the best place we have stayed in, and we have been coming to creede for 20+ years

Great stay

This cabin is in a small neighborhood about 15 minutes from Creede. The area is beautiful and surrounded by mountains. The cabin is super cute and cozy and fit the needs of me and my daughter. There is a ladder not stairs to the loft which you can see in the pictures so just be aware of that. There are smart lights that turn on automatically when you go up or down the ladder. Overall it was a nice place.

Views views viewd

My husband and I stayed with our pups. I can't say enough about this property! The cabin itself is on its own road and away from other properties. The area is very quite and peaceful. We went exploring up and around mountains on forest service roads all around the area. In the evenings we would cook and enjoy the amazing views from the cabin. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite beautifully scenic place. Also as others have stated to get upstairs there is a ladder. Our pups slept downstairs just fine.

Great views

The place is very nice and cozy. Great views of the mountains around it. The river is in walking distance as advertised but, its a pretty good distance away from the cabin and you have to walk through other people's property to get to it. It also has a pretty steep drop off of about 20 foot so you definitely need to bring a walking stick of some sort. Then its still a good bit of a walkfrom the drop off to the actual water. We opted to drive to the "gate" that your instructed to go through in the notebook instructions you can read once your there. Was a lil disappointed in that part but no big deal really. Theres no garbage pick up so keep that in mind. The folks before us left theres in the can outside instead of taking it to town as its asked of you to do. If you dont or cant climb a ladder you need to know its the only way to the beds in the loft. But all in all its a nice little spot and pretty private.
