Located in downtown Wellesley. Walk to Whole Foods, Dana Hall, commuter rail, Public Library, downtown restaurants, parks and of course Wellesley College and Babson College.
This studio has been recently renovated. It's located on the garden level of a single home residence. It has its own front door and its fully private. Bathroom and kitchennette are modern and fully equipped. There is Parking for one car, laundry and grill available.

Clean, Cozy, and Convenient

We two septuagenarians were very happy with Francisco's tidy studio. It was clean and well-supplied with all the necessities and more. The location could not have been better... quiet yet close to everything Wellesley has to offer. JD was there to help if we needed anything, and he kindly gave us some produce from his lovely garden out back. Highly recommended!

Perfectly fine property

We were impressed by the cleanliness and the willingness of the manager to please. Would have preferred a room that wasn't a garden apartment, but it had a window and glass door which allowed light to enter. The kitchen was stocked with basics, nothing over the top. It's not set up for short people like us- dishes were high up and we could have used a stepstool to get into the high bed! The big pluses for this property was its proximity to Brook Path, a wonderful place to walk, jog or bicycle, and to Whole Foods.

3 recommendations: guests with rental cars need to know where to park on property before arriving; in winter make sure driveway/entrance to studio is cleared; have a printed guide to tv usage/apps.

Charming, Immaculate Studio in Quaint Wellesley!

Francisco’s place is perfect when visiting lovely Wellesley, Mass. It’s immaculately clean, has anything and everything you could need in terms of amenities and is absolutely charming. Walking distance from Whole Foods and the town center. And I had the opportunity to chat with Francisco, as he lives on property. What a delightful and warm host!

Best location to visit Boston

This studio apartment was perfect. Great size for one or two individuals. Host has all amenities needed. 3 minute walk to Whole Foods. 10 minute walk to the commuter rail. Beautiful town of Wellesley!

Wonderful cozy studio & superb hospitality

Francisco is a fantastic host, beginning with the hospitality tray on the kitchen island at check-in, all the way through zero-hassles at the time of check out. His place is immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we need for a pied a terre for family visits in Wellesley. And - the central AC is just what we need to sleep soundly in the warm summer season. Very nice touch for us Texans who can’t live without our AC. This is going to be our go-to lodging solution in Wellesley from now on. Thanks Francisco!

Amazing stay in the Boston area

My wife and I recently stayed a few nights here. The place itself is amazing. Francisco is the best host. There were several nice touches for us when we arrived. The city is only a brief train ride away. The train stop is a quick walk too. If you are planning a stay in the area, I highly recommend this place.

Perfect

I had a great stay here while visiting a conference in Wellesley. The suite is quiet, elegant, and immaculate, in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to Whole Foods, a cafe and small shopping center a little further. Easy drive to colleges. The suite faces a wonderful vegetable garden, which was very nice to walk through as I came and went. Host made everything easy, and was quick and friendly in communication.

Cozy and comfortable!

Great location. Very comfortable and quiet. Walking distance to grocery store. Very close to Wellesley campus and an easy drive from Boston Logan airport. Perfect for a quick getaway to visit a kid at Wellesley or for a local event.

Fantastic Property!

The property was super clean, charming, comfortable, well stocked and in a perfect location for strolling to the shops and restaurants in the area. The bed was so comfortable! Francisco was absolutely wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions in a kind and timely manner. I visit relatives in the area quite frequently and will be staying here instead of hotels in the future!
