If we are not made aware of the complaint in a timely manner during your stay, we cannot be help responsible for the issue, as we had no opportunity to remedy it.

The private home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood on Willmington Island. Being located just off of the Island Expressway allows us to be smack dab in the middle between Downtown Savannah & Tybee Beach, have the convenience of Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants close by, all while still having a nice quite place to retreat at the end of the day when your adventures are done. There are many neighbors here! Respecting quiet hours and the neighbors is EXTREMELY important. We are only able to provide this lovely home by working together with our wonderful community. This is NOT a party house.

You'll have access to the entire home! The two car garage can be used for parking or for storing your beach gear. The backyard backs up to the tidal Marsh, with beautiful sunsets or to watch the clouds rolling in from the ocean.

This ~2800sf home can sleep up to 18 when utilizing the bunk beds and two pull-out sleeper sofas. There are plenty of spaces for guests to spread out between the two living rooms, dining room, kitchen table, rear deck & yard. Enjoy the nostalgia of the retro game room in the basement, complete with N64 console & ALL GAMES cartridge, PacMan arcade, air hockey table, vintage decor, and more. Not to mention guest can easily retreat back the bedrooms for rest and relaxation, all but 1 with a smart TV to watch cable or all your streaming apps. The entire house has high speed WIFI included. Plenty of parking too! Important notes: both full bathrooms are located on the top floor. 1 bathroom is located in the master bedroom as an en-suite. 1 pull out sleeper sofa is in the master bedroom, the other is in the downstairs living room. The fireplace is not to be used.

This is the South! Enjoy classic Southern charm & hospitality, the Spanish Moss hanging in the backyard, and if you're lucky, even spot an alligator in the many channels and culverts around town.
