Welcome to Sea Dreams Come True! This is a 3BD private home, located less than 100 yards from the world famous Cherry Grove Pier. We think you will love this house as much as we do! The oversized front porch is the perfect place to spend some time relaxing and unwinding, and the brand new hot tub on the back porch completes this home with an added water feature. We are less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, bring your golf cart and never get back in your car your whole trip! New flat screen TVs throughout the house, all linens provided as well. All you need is a beach chair and a good drink!

Large Raised beach house for you to enjoy! Our house is located on a corner lot in Cherry Grove so parking is not a problem at all.

Once arriving you will find yourself blown away by how large the oversized (on purpose) front porch is. Plenty of seating on the porch, its honestly our favorite spot! We love to watch the fireworks every 4th of July as the pier is just 100 yards away from our home.

Open floor plan for the kitchen and living room area. We have stainless steel appliances for you to use for all the meal prepping and cooking you need! Seating for 3 at the large island makes breakfast a breeze!

Our back porch area has table and chairs for you to enjoy a perfect evening dinner. Updated for 2025 we have added a brand new hot tub on the back porch!!

Master bedroom is a King size bed with full bathroom

Great Property and Stay

The house was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful time. All of the rooms were very updated with new finishes, floor, and rugs. The beds were very comfortable. Internet and TV worked great. Kitchen appliances and furnishings were new and updated. The location is about a block from the Cherry Grove pier. Location is a few minutes drive to restaurants and attractions in North Myrtle Beach. Overall excellent experience and Arnette was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great location for north myrtle well located but quiet. The house was a bit bare with amenities, no extra trash bags to be found. Also never had checkin info sent to me, had to reach out to the lister for info. Wifi info provided was incorrect. For the most part a great house. Love the dual porches, great for entertaining.

Time at the beach

This property was clean and a nice location but it had multiple maintenance issues. There was no response to the issues after we called to report a problem. I emailed the property management company after we returned home, to insure they knew about the issues as part of our feedback, but no response to date.

Hey David! Thanks again for staying with us, we enjoyed having you. Just wanted to touch on your review as we normally do not respond. I checked our call system and see where you called in about a breaker being tripped and we walked you through how to flip it. Other than that, that is all we know of. We take pride on responding to our guest day or night, and know fully that we will be there for any one of our guest. Thanks Again!

This property has multiple issues. The lights dont work in some of the rooms the flooring is bowed and coming up. The house is out of level in several places. Doors dont stay shut,the toilet keeps running through the night,no matter how low you set the thermostat it never gets any lower than 72 and it sounds like a diesel engine outside There was ne coffees maker and after i had to call brcause the lights didntvwork,they never brought us a coffee maker.Mold on the back deck and didnt want to spend time out there look elsewhere because there is alot better options than staying here.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay in this house! Enjoyed the covered deck (especially nice since we arrived during the tropical storm and it gave us a way to be outside in the fresh air and not get drenched!) - once the weather cleared we also enjoyed the back deck with table and chairs. Loved the look and layout of the house, the decor is nice and simple. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean to the point that I even walked barefoot, which is not something I would usually do in a vacation rental. We only had one issue where the showers weren't getting hot water. I made a phone call and they had a maintenance person there within half an hour. Problem solved! The location is great, very close access to the beach and I liked the public walkway because there were no stairs or grassy sand dune paths (or sandburs) to navigate with our dogs. The neighborhood is great for walking dogs as well. Very safe, very quiet. Close access to grocery store and gift shop. I've been visiting Cherry Grove my whole life and I'm so pleased to have found a nice beach rental that can accommodate our dogs. 11/10, would recommend.

Not first time rental

Actually the house was ok and a very good location. However, the add said we've never rented our home and it shows. That was false. It wasn't very clean. Said it had ceiling fans, which was partially true. Had to buy fans because it was on a very noisy side street. The desk in our room was very dusty. Had not been swept under the chest of drawers. Said there was a coffee maker, there was a Keurig. We weren't planning on that. There was clothes left in one dresser from before us. The kitchen sink was dirty.Had to ask for a hair dryer. I could list more but I think you get the picture. Very expensive for what was supplied. Never again will I rent somewhere there are so many stairs. I knew that before hand, but nevertheless it was hard. We never used the dishwasher or oven. We enjoyed the fireplace. The rugs were pretty. I wear glasses so I could have used a night stand on my side of the bed. But I used my fan box. Ok but again not for the price.
