Private Home - 1 Block to ocean- Private Fenced in Yard - Pet Friendly

We want to welcome you to the fully remodeled perfect family vacation home. Brick Rowe Retreat is going to be a memory maker for your family for years to come. Three large bedrooms and a bonus game room area with mini arcade and perfect camp out spot in the Tee Pee! We are located just 1 block from the beach and just a quick 5 nminute walk. No HOA so bring or rent a golf cart and explore all of North Myrtle Beach. Please dont forget to bring your furry family as we are a pet friendly home!

Brick Rowe Retreat is a stand alone home located on 16th Ave S in the ever popular Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach. Fully remodeled in Summer of 2023, everything in the house is ready for memories to be made.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with 1 King bed, with attached full bathroom

Stainless steel appliances in the remodeled kitchen, which also leads out into a beautiful courtyard, fully fenced! This is the perfect place to let the dogs stretch their legs before getting the day started at the beach.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Plus a bonus room off the bunk room that with the blinds open you can see the beach!

All linens are provided for your stay, just bring your beach towels!

Rent a golf cart at one of our local golf cart rentals in the area and explore all of NMB without getting in your car!!

The best benefits to this property is that it is pet friendly. We loved being able to take our two dogs with us. They really enjoyed the week with us playing on the beach.

This house was great for three adults and 1 dog. You can see the ocean from the property. The fenced in yard was great. We loved it and look forward to coming back

It's more spacious than it looks!!Patio is tight...but we go to the shore to spend time at the beach...and you could see the ocean from the driveway! Literally a 3 minute walk to beach access...Fenced in yard was just enough room for doggo to do her thing.Very clean...spacious bedrooms for 4 to 6.No toaster?? :(But we loved it..!

Stay was good but short and I felt like we overpaid. The neighbor came knocking on our door because our dog was barking @1pm in the afternoon. She threatened to call police because of our dogs. We wont atay her re again mainly because of her.

Highly recommend! Great location short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the family and very pet friendly home with small side yard. Washer and dryer on-site and beach chairs, umbrella and cart. Area was very quiet and relaxing during our stay.

We loved our stay here!

This house was very nice and very clean! It was close to the beach and they even had some beach stuff (chairs, wagon, etc) that we could use. They supplied us with most everything we could have needed on our stay. The best part was that we were able to bring our dogs. They had a great vacation, too! I highly recommend this house and hope to stay there again sometime!

Perfect in every way

We have found a new vacation favorite for sure! This house met all our needs and then some. Easy walk to the beach. Nice, friendly neighbors. Home interior was very clean and neighborhood quiet. The best part was our doodle absolutely loved the outdoor space where she could play freely and enjoy being off leash. Host was helpful and quick to reply to my SOS. Thank you so much for your help!

Great Place for humans and dogs

the place is very clean and really nicely put together with all that is included. the small yard was ideal for our 2 dogs during our short stay. 2 blocks from the beach and close to all that N Myrtle Beach has to offer. communication was excellent.

Time with the fur babies.

We had planned to stay for 5 nights, but since the weather wasn't cooperating, and the tv was through Roku and we couldn't find anything local. We left early. My husband said it smelled like dog pee, but I didn't smell that. Really cute place, very convenient to everything. Would have stayed the whole time, if the weather was better. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect for family with dogs!

We will definitely return! All the extras were the best I’ve ever experienced. From a stash of dog treats to the arcade games and board games. A short one block walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Super clean as well. Loved the fenced in side yard for the dogs. Made for a fantastic family vacation!

Wonderful, dog-friendly place to stay

We absolutely loved this beach house. It is the most dog-friendly place we have ever stayed. There are dog bowls, a mat for the bowls, poop bags and a great green space for your pets. Not to mention that this place is super clean, close to the beach and in a great neighborhood for dog walking. Communication with the rental agency was excellent (Arnette is fantastic) and check-in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for dogs

Overall, it was a very nice property. I only have a couple of suggestions. There should be a bigger dining room table and maybe a sectional. It’s supposed to sleep ten, but there isn’t enough seating in the combined living/dining/kitchen area. I also think there should be a tv in every bedroom. But all that being said, it was very close to the beach and I loved being able to bring our dogs and the fenced in yard. I would recommend this home to any pet lover and would stay here again.

Clean, dog friendly beach house within minutes to beach

I stayed here with my family of 6 and our dogs. It was very clean, within about a 3 minute walk straight to the beach, and only a road away from the main highway where there is plenty of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. We were suprised to find out that the beach house had beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to haul readily available. The fenced in yard was a big plus. It was perfect for our dogs to use the bathroom and to get out some much needed energy! Overall, the beach house met everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going with family and dogs and would stay here again in the futuređŸŸ

Perfect Beach Getaway

My friends and I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. Everything we could have ever needed for cooking and/or cleaning was already provided. The beds were all extremely comfortable! Having a washer and dryer in the house was a huge plus. Additionally, being two blocks from the beach was so perfect, and we loved that there were beach chairs we could use in the house.
