Relax with your family & friends at this gorgeous 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath plus office/bedroom with sofa bed, located in the highly desirable North Mesa near shopping, dining, closed to 202 freeway. This recently remodeled two-story home has a Saltwater pool, covered patio with outdoor furniture great for the year round sunny weather. The interior is stocked with modern leather couch, 8' billiard table, exotic accent chairs & more. Look no further, this home is your perfect desert paradise escape!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool and spa has a heating system. They can be used without any additional charges. Feel free to use them. The heating system for both pool and spa are considered not part of the rental contract. Guests can use them anytime during non QUIET HOURS TIME FRAME.
Even through the pool and spa have heating system, it does not mean it will keep your desired temperature at all times due to the natural of air temperatures from time to time during day and night and the weather condition.

Temperature is set to 80 to 85 degree for both pool and spa. I can not control how the heating system will perform during the days. I highly recommend guests don't change the temperature setting from the heater nor the control panel, if you do not know how to do it, do not try. You may end up loosing both pool and spa temperature setting.

The pool and spa heating system have self cold shut off protection, this feature protect the unit during cold air temperature. The heating unit will not start and may turn off when air temperature below 45-50 degrees.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this home in Mesa! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family (everyone had their own room thankfully). The pool was a huge hit! The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and everything we needed nearby (Albertsons and Chick Fil a). We’d definitely stay here again!

Great home in Mesa

This property was just perfect for a boys weekend. Pool is awesome and pool table was great. Would stay again.

Grandkids loved the pool!

Great place for our family of 13. Comfortable home. Heated pool a definite plus! Location was good as most of what we did was in Mesa/Tempe. Very good communications with owner. The only negative I would mention is: We ran the dishwasher daily and washed clothing at least twice, so at times there was not enough hot water for showers. Still I would book this home again.

Unfortunately, our stay did not match the expectations set by the listing photos. The interior pictures were misleading, and the condition of the home felt quite different in person.The bedding was very mismatched and rough, with extremely thin mattresses and no extra blankets provided. Towels were tattered and worn and are overdue for replacement. In the bathrooms with showers, there were no hooks or towel rods to hang towels, while oddly the half bath had a towel rack.Although the property advertises sleeping up to 12 guests, the dining table does not accommodate 12 people, nor are there enough chairs. Similarly, the living room does not offer adequate seating for a group of that size.There were also several safety and maintenance concerns. The pool gate has no lock, which is a serious safety hazard for families with young children. The front door can only be secured with a deadbolt, and the screen door does not latch at all and bangs in the wind.Additionally, there were holes and poor repairs visible on the walls, and dirty laundry left in the garage, which further detracted from the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property.With updates to furnishings, safety features, general maintenance, and accuracy in the listing photos, this property could be improved, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations for a home intended to host larger groups.

I was wondering what was going on The cleaner was shocked, mentioned that was the messiest and dirtiest that she had never seen in her 18 years of career. Well, usually I do not reapond review, but this group was very rough.
