Nice, clean house. Convenient for our visit to the Greensboro Science museum, and the NC Zoo. The only thing that would have made it better is having tv’s in the bedrooms. Very nice kitchen to use if you are staying more than 1 night! Convenient to restaurants as well. Host was very available and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly even though we only stayed one night.

The host was welcoming, the property was exactly as advertised. We liked the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores and downtown. The beds were comfortable and we loved the fenced in back yard for our pups.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and welcoming. LOL It could use a fresh coat of paint throughout the main living area. The hot tub is nice, but the back yard could be made more appealing and private around the hot tub and fire pit. Overall we enjoyed our stay, very convenient to shopping and our family.

House was so nice, just as pictured and super clean. It had tons of extra touches like the coffee bar, shampoo & body wash, etc. and the backyard is a great hangout space. There are tons of restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. As some have mentioned, there is a busy (sometimes noisy) road in front but it wasn’t a big deal and relatively easy to tune out. If we find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Was in town for gymnastics competition in Greensboro. Street is a little busy but not too noisy. Walmart and other convenience stores nearby along with good restaurants for dining. Would def stay at this house again.

If you are dropping kids at High Point, this is the place

Great location near HPU. The house is nice and works for a couple days in town. Close to restaurants, stores and storage units if you are moving your kids into the dorms or off campus housing. Would stay again.

Great house

This house was so perfect for our 3 families. So much to offer and great layout. All utensils needed are available for use. Great location as well. Every comfortable bedding as well. Thank you for having us.

Cute house

Our host had great communication. He knew that we were going to be coming in late, and he had ambient lights turned on throughout the whole house. It was very welcoming. The house is very cute. The beds are very comfortable, the water pressure is awesome, we all had plenty of room. We would stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable home with additional amenities

This home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Each room is thoughtfully arranged and you feel pampered. The beds are all very comfortable and cozy. Convenient upstairs washer and dryer and everything on site you would need. I was treated to coffee pods and additional spices and amenities in the kitchen. We appreciated the outside living space in the backyard also. Great stay.

This is a great property that shows the owners care about their guests. Our family stayed over a weekend wedding. The owner was excellent at communicating, and the property itself has obviously had some careful thought put into what a renter would want. The little things like laundry detergent, q-tips, cotton balls, extra bedding, and sufficient towels made our stay easy. The house is laid out well, with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the living room, dining and kitchen space. I appreciated having a large capacity washer and dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms. It seems like the next things to update are going to be the carpet on the stairs and maybe some painting in the hallway, staircase area. All other areas have recently been updated with modern fixtures and furniture. Due to weather, we didn't get to use the fire pit or hot tub much, but did appreciate the convenience of having them close to the house and a privacy fence around the backyard. Overall, an excellent property that I would recommend and return to again!
