"A Casita with a VIEW" is an understatement! This Casita has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a sofa sleeper in the media room. With the living area on the upper level you will be able to enjoy the panoramic lake and hill country views from the kitchen, dining and living areas. The outdoor living area nearly always boasts a comfortable environment for relaxing, grilling, or entertaining. This HILLTOP property is great for just your group or part of a larger gathering with another Casita a few doors down, and the Smokehouse just across the street.

Great Property!

We love this house and neighborhood. The house is top notch clean, has everything you need in a home, is cozy, and has a gorgeous view. The property, neighborhood and trails are all wonderful. Definitely recommend!

Serene and scenic

Superb property to relax and unwind. Stunning lake views. Beds comfy, spacious bedrooms. Great layout. Would stay here again. Came for my son’s wedding so didn’t have enough time to experience the amenities such as the pools etc The only small drawback — if you want to experience Austin’s many restaurants and shopping, It takes a good 35 minutes or more to drive to the center of Austin due to hilly and slower speed road leading up to the Hollows.

Spring break trip 2024

Property was great. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone. Awesome views of the lake. Manager was very responsive when we had questions. Only issue was that the beach club closed early each evening we were there. It states on the sign that it’s open until 10pm each night, but my kids would go down there around 7pm to play ping pong and it would be closed. Having the golf cart delivered before we arrived was very convenient also. Overall great trip and place to stay.

Beautiful view and cozy home

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hilltop home, both times were during the Thanksgiving holiday. The view is amazing and the home is so cozy. My two sons and my husband and I love sitting out on the balcony in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed in the master is so comfortable! Until we can move to the Jonestown area someday we will make Hilltop our home away from home when visiting my family in Lago Vista! Thanks Ashley and family for letting us use your beautiful home!

Great place for a getaway birthday weekend

Amazing view of lake from both decks. Fourth fireworks launched from an island right out front. Used community pool, marina, and pickleball courts all clean and well maintained.

To-die-for views!

We enjoyed this property very much! This home is clean and comfortable. We played all day on the lake and then enjoyed the early mornings and evenings on the multiple patios with million dollar views! We also enjoyed the multiple walking trails and pool/ beach club that the community offers!

Loved our stay!

Ashley's home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and more! The VIEWS were amazing! We all had the best time hanging on the large outdoor balcony/ porches at the beginning and end of our fun days lounging by one of the 4 awesome pools. Ashley was what every guest hopes for in a host. She responded quickly and was lovely to communicate with. We will be back! Thank you, Ashley for our wonderful stay 😊

Beautiful Home with amazing views!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The area is absolutely gorgeous with walking trails and amazing views. The home is amazing and has 2 balconies with great views. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities! Ashley was so responsive and helpful with all the information we needed. We would stay here again for sure.

perfectly secluded

Everything about this property was good. The house was very nice and well equipped. The location was secluded & quiet, great place for a relaxing stay. And the views were awesome, especially the sunrise. And since there were two A/C controls, allowed for a more comfortable stay.

Great property, incredible views from both decks. Tons of comfortable outdoor seating. Stocked well things you might & attention to detail is obviously. Excellent communication with property owner. Beautiful place to stay

We loved the house. The owners provided everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We did a lot of sightseeing so the very curvy road out of the development got a bit tiring when leaving and returning to the house.
