A first floor next level retreat, The Lair is a 10 out of 10 with its oversized ensuite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub, dual sinks and ambiance for days. The Lair includes a relaxing chaise lounge, seating area, 60" 4K TV and an extra-large walk-in closet. You will feel like royalty in the deliciously elegant and luxurious Lairs quarters.

The Zen Den - Only good vibes await you in this colorful respite. Vibrant fabrics, unique overseas furnishings and spiritually-influenced art bring out your Chi in this relaxing and soul-centering space. You'll walk into this room and immediately want to take your shoes off, roll out your yoga mat for a downward dog and engage your chakras. The Zen Den boasts a custom, plush, high end queen memory foam bed, 50" 4K TV, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, sound machine, and of course a yoga mat.

The Billy - The Texas Rose of the estate is this front-facing and roomy bedroom with a beautiful view of two large cedar trees. Red, white and blue Texas pride and American patriotism are reflected in the Billy with the rustic furnishings and tasteful décor that offers its guests an authentic Texas ranch feel with five-star level comfort. Enjoy resting in the custom, plush, high-end, memory foam queen bed watching your 50" 4K TV. Take a load off in your cow hide oversized chair or let the sunlight peek in through the wood shutters as you nap in soft, luxurious, high thread count bedding. The Billy will leave you feeling safe and rested with its sound machine, blackout curtains, and ceiling fan.

The Lake Suite - This front-facing gem is a spacious, lake-themed retreat that immediately inspires you to want to kick off your shoes, relax, and enjoy the delights of this space with plenty of room to breathe. The water-themed art and gorgeous views of the front yard cedar trees gives you a sense of natural calm. Stretch out in your queen shiplap custom plush high-end bed, kick back in the comfortable chairs and catch the latest on your 50" 4K TV. Complete with a large walk-in closet that seconds as a quaint office space, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a sound machine.

The Whimsey - The Whimsey is a roomy and colorful retreat aptly named for its amusing and enchanted whimsical vibe. This delightful, free-spirited room boasts a house-themed bunk bed with full size, custom, plush high-end memory foam mattresses and a comfortable twin day bed. Decorated with a Bohemian playful vibe, this space is rich with flavor and flare. While the Whimsey will surely bring out the child in you, this is a great space for children and adults alike, offering a wall mounted 50" 4K TV, a ceiling fan and pool views.
