The pictures were an accurate description of the house. It was very clean with gorgeous views. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Our property manager was quite helpful and quick to respond.The bathrooms were dated and a new shower is needed.

An absolutely lovely day, the location was great. However, we were warned of construction work opposite our house, and that there may have been some noise. Luckily, we were out most of the time, but it is a huge consideration. They start work at 7:30 in the morning and it is very, very loud and dusty. Would I come back to this house, definitely. But only once the construction has finished.

The space was super clean, uplifting, and had comfortable and practical furniture and amenities. The couches are fantastic. The beds are great. The eco-friendly materials and cleaning products made it such a welcoming and refreshing place to stay! The views from every room are breathtaking— more than you could imagine or pictures could capture. Lisa, the host, was communicative, super welcoming (which is not always the case with hosts), and so kind and generous of spirit. We loved our stay here. Book this space. You won’t regret it!

Perfect spot

We had a great stay. We saw deer in the yard multiple times. Had a blast playing ping pong in the evening. It was just the right distance from the main strip. Easy to get to but without all the noise and traffic. We slept good and the shower was adequate. I would stay here again.

I started my career as a Research Botanist working for Northern Arizona University, where I earned a BS & an MS in Forestry. I then raised my children and volunteered at their schools and started a food co-op. My hobbies are writing songs, playing guitar, cooking, hiking, biking, editing, and studying real estate. I am a licensed realtor and I manage this wonderful property, which I own. I was guided towards real estate by my passion for helping people, my love for nature and architecture, my understanding of plants, ecology and hydrology, and my love for writing, editing, and mathematics. It would be an honor to represent you should you need anything real estate-related in Northern Arizona.
