My Little French House is located within South West France, within a beautiful village Monflanquin, classified as "One of the Most Beautiful Villages in France"
Spend your time meandering throughout the beautiful streets of Monflanquin, visiting the many wonderful restaurants, bars and tea room and weekly local market
Nearby you will find many Chateaux, Vineyards, Villages & Sporting Activities
The House was constructed in the 1400's, and situated just off "Place Des Arcades" ( The Town Square).
She has been lovingly renovated while enhancing her original features.
Offering 3 levels with light and airy rooms, wooden floorboards, two fireplaces (not useable), equipped kitchen, dining room, two living areas; one with a double Sofa Bed, a small library & small table & chairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and offering heating in winter
Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 6 People
- Two, Double Size Bedrooms (Both Bedrooms have a Double Bed) located on the third floor
- Ground floor living area with Double Sofa Bed, also has a small library & small table & chairs
House Facilities:
Kitchen: equip kitchen including fridge, microwave, gas and electric oven and hot plates, peculator coffee machine, cooking pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
Living Room: DVD player, Television and CD Player
( DVD movies and Books from private collection are available for you to use during your stay)
Laundry: Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Clothes airer, Iron and Ironing board.
Bathroom: Hairdryer
Towels and Bed Linen are provided.
Internet: complimentary wifi provided
Parking: Street Parking in most streets. There is also 3 other free parking areas within Monflanquin Village - All are within 1 - 3 min walking distance.
Other things to note
The included cleaning fee is for 4 guests, for use of the two double bedrooms.
Should you require the sofa bed, the extra amount to be added to cleaning fee is $50 AUD per person.

This picturesque village of Monflanquin is set in The Lot Valley , France and home to 10 restaurants and two bars. Boasting a bustling weekly market every Thursday, Night markets in Summer and Antique Market every last Sunday of the Month. The Village offers endless Town square activities and fairs throughout the year.
There also many sports and leisure activities to take advantage of on your stay, Golf, Horse riding, swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis, rock climbing, canoeing, fishing, tree climbing adventure park. My Little French House is set just off the village square, home to many of Monflanquins restaurants and bar's. Parking is easy within the village, with many street parking available and offering 3 free parking lots throughout the village. A 10 - 15 min walk (or 2 min drive if you are not feeling the energy to walk!) to the communal pool and fitness centre and beautiful lake, or take a picnic at the scattered picnic tables on the Cap del Perch overlooking the breathtaking views that Monflanquin has to offer
