Beautiful, completely private with separate entrance, this cosy basement suite offers games to enjoy with the family such as a pool table, darts, and much more. After a tired day, make dinner using the full kitchen and the whole family can relax on the comfortable sofa set to watch Netflix. In the morning, go for walks around the quiet neighborhood and enjoy breathtaking views from above the hill. It is just 15 mins drive to downtown Calgary, 10 mins to Winsport and just 45 mins drive to Banff.

Easy to find property in quiet neighborhood, easy access to downtown. Pool table and dart board kept kids endlessly entertained and hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions or needs. Highly recommend this stay, will probably be back again!

Comfortable stay in the city

We stayed at this basement suite when we were in the city for medical appointments. It was a nice quiet & spacious escape between appointments. Hosts were easy to reach and check in/check out was easy. Great extra amenities & nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Calgary for Christmas

We stayed at this property over Christmas 2023. Location was great, size was great, had parking in the driveway for one car which was great, communication with the owner was easy when we had an issue with the door locking mechanism. Only negatives we could mention were the slight musty smell and the lack of a toaster(we set off the smoke alarm toasting our bread in the oven unfortunately), other than that it served us well.

PLACE TO STAY WITH ENTERTAINMENT

If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with built in entertainment this is the place. It also has two private bedrooms located at opposite ends of the basement - great for privacy. It’s close to all major routes thus making it very accessible to get anywhere in and out of Calgary. Great kitchen for making your meals. Excellent WIFI never let me down at all. The only thing I would say is don’t bring a lot stuff that needs to go into the fridge and definitely not for the freezer. As the unit only has a small bar fridge. The owners always answer your messages right away. Plus they are super friendly.

Wonderful weekend

Easy check in. Clear communication prior to arrival. The suite was clean and cozy. Even had a couple little snacks on the bar at arrival. Close to convenience store, liquor store, gas station. It was a nice place to stay while visiting family in Calgary. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

It is very spacious, with lots of entertainments for adults and kids such as pool table, board games, darts, and more. You can also enjoy watching your favorite movies and shows on Netflix and Prime Video. Our place is close to Winsport, and downtown Calgary. It is also on the west side, making the drive to Banff just and hour and 20 mins.
