You have full and private access to everything inside the beautifully designed condo.

This property is full of amenities, such as; a gym, rooftop patio, and pool (seasonal)! These amenities are shared with all other building occupants and there are rules that must be adhered to when in use.

Inside the unit, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every window has an amazing view. Whether you are sitting on the patio staring at the City horizon to the south or you are in the primary bedroom checking out the Mountains to the west, you have a view for days!

There is one underground assigned parking stall for your sole use. Additional parking will need to be off-site on the street ($) or at nearby paid parking lots ($$).

Pool is seasonal and dates are subject to change

The “sofa bed” is a futon (only option to select on the platform). It is very small and not suitable for a comfortable sleep for most adults.

Self Check-in Window: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 10:00 PM, please contact the host in advance so we can coordinate an alternative check-in option for you.
