Located in the heart of the West Town entertainment district, this condo radiates vintage charm and features views of the Milwaukee River and downtown Milwaukee. We are located across the street from Pere Marquette Park in a thriving entertainment district loaded with restaurants and bars. One block away is the Deer District, which surrounds Fiserv Forum, home to the Bucks, Admirals, and Golden Eagles. The Milwaukee Convention Center is two blocks away.
Situated in a Cream City brick building built in 1877, this spacious 2000 sq. ft. second floor walk-up has high tin ceilings, maple floors, a private bedroom with a queen bed, along with two queen size sleeper sofas in the living area. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, a modern vintage fridge and range, a wine fridge and modern vintage Smeg appliances. The bathroom has two sinks and a huge marble steam shower. There is also a desk for working or getting ready for a night on the town.
This location can't be beat if you enjoy the downtown lifestyle!

- Put dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
- Place any used towels and bed linens into the laundry basket near the washing machine.
