Youâll enjoy full, private access to the unit, balcony, and garage. Please note that the yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with two other units.

This unit is located in a multi-unit building where all apartments are used for short- or mid-term stays. While the building is relatively new, soundproofing between units isnât perfect, so you may occasionally hear noise from guests above.
To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the unit and avoid loud music or late-night gatherings.
* For added consideration, a noise monitor has been installed on the porchâit`s mounted on the window frame to the right. - Events or outsides guests need prior approval from the host, and there may be an additional charge.

- Pets are allowed but must not be left unattended.
- Additional space may be available for larger groups; please confirm with the host before booking.
- Turn off all lights, fans, etc. when not in use and before leaving.
- Report any property damage or special cleanup needs to the host.
