Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the fully equipped kitchen, decks, and the exterior ski locker/storage closet. Only a few owner closets remain locked. You’ll enjoy easy access with a personal code for the front door smart lock, making check-in simple, secure, and flexible. Parking is available for two unassigned vehicles in the complex.

Getting Around:

You’ll have 2 unassigned parking spots in the community lot. Parking passes must be displayed at all times, and there is a $50 replacement fee for missing passes. Parking is not permitted for RVs, trailers, boats, or other recreational/commercial vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

- Community outdoor pool open mid-June to Labor Day (HOA controlled)

- Access to Incline Village Rec Center (guest fees apply) gym, classes, sauna, indoor pool

- Private Incline beaches require guest punch cards purchased in advance (limited availability, ask before booking)

- Parking passes must be displayed; missing passes incur a $50 fee

- No parking for RVs, boats, trailers, etc.

- Ski locker available for gear storage

- HOA rules must be followed

- Incline is at high elevation, stay hydrated!

This spot is amazing. Clean, newly updated, and has all the amenities you would want. It was lovely stay in a central location in Incline. We hiked, rafted, and walked to an amazing meal up the hill. The only negative is the listing highlights how close it is to the beach. However, we learned that the four major beaches in Incline are private access only which was a bummer. I would still highly recommend this spot for a family who appreciates being in a beautiful condo in a beautiful location.

Excellent Return Visit

We are return guests to Golden Antlers and we can’t say enough good things about this property. It is immaculately clean. Decor is stylish and clutter free. The location is great with restaurants, coffee shops and stores close by and the hosts are wonderful. 10/10 and we hope to return again.

The cutest & cleanest Vrbo!

This home was absolutely impeccable and well appointed. The interior has been completely redone into a modern and cozy aesthetic. The owners were super responsive & incredibly helpful. If you are looking to stay in Incline Village, we highly recommend the Golden Antlers.

Great condo in good location!

Great stay at clean, updated condo. Great location in Incline and close to Diamond Peak. Easy check in and wonderful hosts. Only things to note - pillows are really not great, bring your own if you can. A little noisy location right on the street.

Excellent stay

Our stay here was perfect for our family. The home is immaculately clean and uncluttered. Every room is set up with everything needed- including crisp clean linens, towels and even beach towels. The kitchen is also set up with all the necessities and more and in great condition. My kids especially love their bedrooms (with TVs in each). They are both so content here and ask to come back. Storage is super convenient- in our case for sports gear- wagon etc. or for ski gear. The location is perfect for our needs with convenient access to restaurants, coffee shops,etc. This was our second time staying and we hope to return again in the future.

Tahoe get-away

Property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Only negative is no A/C, but that's common for Tahoe and we had an unseasonably hot week. Great place that I would highly recommend.

Amazing experience!

I frequently come to Tahoe and always enjoy coming back to Golden Antlers Den. The beds are comfortable, the place is always clean and the most recent change of management to Tahoe Co-Host was a nice experience. Looking forward to many more trips and stays here.

Golden Antlers Den is the ideal homebase for year-round adventurers! In the winter you can hit the slopes at Diamond Peak Ski Resort (our complex even has a shuttle to the slopes!). In the summer time we are conveniently located to amazing hikes, river rafting, water sports, and more. After a busy day exploring, you can come home to a warm fire and cook a wonderful meal in our open-concept kitchen.

Our home is perfect for families! We have a bunk room for your small travelers, equipped with many family friendly items such as: Night light & sound machine, video baby monitor, kid plates, cups & silverware, step stool, and kids toys.
We also have amazing year-round amenities! In the winter you can catch a shuttle directly to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. In the summer, we have two pools within our complex, and for an additional fee guests can purchase a beach punch card to access the private beach in Incline.
We have an open and comfortable living space, updated appliances, and are located by golfing, hiking, and amazing restaurants.
