Great place to stay in Tahoe. Excellent location as well. We will definitely stay there again!

The condo was spotless and Carl (Host) was very accommodating. Great location walking distance to beaches and dining spots. We were able to bring our dog who had a great time as well.

Carl was helpful, responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and we liked that the kitchen had enough pots pans and dishes for our stay. We enjoyed the back patio and hot tub.

Everything was great! The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The fridge has filtered water and ice, so there’s no need to buy bottled water. They provide oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, and the basic cookware and dishes.If you plan to cook, I’d recommend picking up any extras you might need, such as coffee, sugar, Ziploc bags, foil, or other pantry items, since those aren’t provided.

The host was great to work with!!!With no air conditioning we left windows open for cooling and ventilation… and the neighbors in the building behind us were in full party mode so it was a little noisy. The attached unit next to ours was undergoing remodeling and that was very noisy too… temporary issue for sure. Every room was modern and set up nicely.

The property was really nice and beautiful felt like a home. The neighbor was a really cool guy as well. The only issue is i'm from vegas we have A/C system. I know tahoe doesn't really need them, but if you're not used to the warm room you need a better fan than that they provided us. Everything else was excellent. It was walking distance from Restaurants, grocery stores and other places and the lakes.
