Cute home, great location

Went into town for a 3 day convention and decided to get a house instead of hotel for family time and children to have room to play. The house is a very well kept older style home. Open layout of the living and dining room was perfect for us. Overall well kept home, only complaint is not having access to the washer and dryer to get a jump on laundry. Nothing that has to do with the quality of the house.

One of the best short vacations ever

The property was in a very nice neighborhood and close to everything. Lots of room for the family and we especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Thank you so much for allowing us to share this property.

Quick 2 night trip

Very cute home that had everything we needed. I’d stay here again. Location was a little further away from family than I thought, but Amarillo isn’t big enough to cause it to be a problem. Sorry we left so many elm seedlings in the house. It is that time of year. 🙂

Not Girly / Needs Updated Photos

I booked this home for a Mother’s Day trip solely because the photos made it look “girly” with dainty pink bedspread, crystal chandelier, hot pink rug, etc. But when you get there, the owner had moved and took nearly all the furniture (indoors and outdoors), rugs/decor, chandelier, and bedspreads with her. Nothing looked the same as represented. Visible parts of the home are clean but further inspection revealed it’s in need of a major deep clean dusting and a few minor repairs. Listing also says it has a washer & dryer but I never found them. You’re not allowed to use the garage. The owner is very quick to respond and did send the code about 30 minutes prior to check in. The backyard is lovely and we did get to sit out there the first night prior to rain rolling in. The home does have plenty of space/areas to chill and a nice fridge. The older, wooden floors will squeak when you walk on them
keep this in mind if you have light sleepers in your group. The bunk beds are in the center of the home. She does have a few games/puzzles. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to misrepresentation and dust.
