Our home is located in a quiet area not far from local restaurants and shopping. Looking for coffee just walk to the local Dunkin or Starbucks for your morning cup of jo. The greenway is close by for a fun day exploring. Restaurants are within walking distance to. Plus the campus and hospital are just down the road. We offer Wifi and Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom. This is such an adorable place you will never want to leave.

The unit was clean and comfy, quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to shopping and restaurants. (Dunkin Donuts a block away has great breakfast sandwiches!). Will stay again next time we're in Muncie.

Great getaway!

This was the perfect place for us to stay! Everything was exactly as seen in the photos and she even had snacks in a basket for us. We will definitely stay here again next time we come :)

Great stay for my daughter’s BSU orientation!

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days to attend her freshman orientation at BSU. The house was adorable and super clean. Couch and beds were comfy! It’s in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. I will definitely book again and recommend to others if they need a place in Muncie.

Short stay in Muncie

The property was great and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. It was quiet, clean, and perfect for the few days we were in town. I sent Mary a question while we were there, and she responded very quickly.

Super cute and easy to find! Comfortable living room seating and open concept which was great! The beds were not very comfortable unfortunately:(

I am so sorry that you did not find the beds comfortable we recently installed on the master bed a new plush mattress cover on top of the mattress I will have someone check into the issue. We have not had any complaints so I am so sorry that you did not find the beds comfortable during your stay
