Beautiful, Comfortable, Peaceful, Friendly

Beautiful & very comfortable house. Peaceful location yet within minutes to nearly everything. Very friendly & accommodating property owners. Will definitely stay there our next time in Ohio.

Friends & Family Visit

The house is very clean and basically all new inside!.. Beds are very comfortable and the fireplace gave a cozy home feeling. Owners are onsite and more than accomidating. Overall great place and priced well!

A+++ Host and House

Cannot say enough great things about this place! Fully updated and very nice furnishings, great location (right down the road from Granville), great size, and the property is beautiful to explore and enjoy. Onsite stream and trails to explore are amazing for kids! The hosts are great people and very attentive and friendly. Will 1000% stay here again in the future!

Just what we were looking for

The house was very nice inside and seemed to have a new and fresh vibe! It is located in a convenient location and was perfect for our stay and itinerary. Near some train tracks, but it didn't really bother us much and noise machines are provided in all the bedrooms. We come to the area every year, and this place will be on our radar when we look to make plans again next year.

Welcomed like family

Beautifully updated house with plenty of land to explore. Close to Granville and the Dennison Campus. Had a great visit and the Hosts, Matt & Pam were welcoming and friendly. Matt even took my parents, who are in their 80's for a hayride in the fields. Nice place and even nicer hosts!

Everything was as advertised. Clean, and plenty of space. Great deal when compared to hotel rooms in the area. Train tracks do run near property, but I didn't hear to many trains during my 4 night stay. Street noise from cars at night was more common, as property is not set very far back from semi-active road.

Visiting Denison Univ

Beautiful, newly renovated, very clean home that was the perfect home base for our weekend visit with our son attending Denison. The hosts were outstanding and readily available to answer any question. The home is close to the road and railroad tracks (as disclosed by the hosts). The hosts provide earplugs and white noise machines which was helpful but if you are a light sleeper be aware. Overall a great home and even better hosts which made our stay very enjoyable.

Location, Location, Location

This property is was very convenient for visiting with family in the area. The hosts were excellent! The property is conveniently located with less than a 5 minute drive South of walking paths, dog parks, bike paths and Granville, less than 10 minutes North of Buckeye Lake and approximately 10 West of Hebron. So whether you want to go with nature, shop at boutiques or malls, play in the water or have a night out on the town this home is convenient to everything and yet away from all the hustle and bustle. I'd rate it a ten if they'd let me.

Just what we needed

This was perfect for us. We had closed on the sale of our home, but the closing on our new home was a week away. We were able to stay in a really nice, clean home with both of our dogs. The owners were very friendly and responsive to any questions. There are train tracks nearby and a busy road, but with the provided noise machine you barely noticed. I liked the noise machine so much, I purchased one for our new home.

Sanctuary

I needed somewhere to escape with my two little dogs while projects were going on at my house. This property is clean & bright, & the dogs enjoyed having room to run around & play. The kitchen is very organized & I love cooking on a gas stove. Other reviews have mentioned traffic noise & trains...I find both soothing, not that there was an overabundance of either, so had no problems relaxing nor sleeping here. There are white noise machines in the bedrooms & the owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. I predict that I/we will be staying here again when/if it's available & we need a break.
