New Albany Charmer - Over 1 Acre !

Whether you are coming to the New Albany/Johnstown area for an event at New Albany High School or coming to work at the NEW INTEL Plant, we are minutes away from it all! Located off of a State Route our home sits on 1.2 glorious acres with a serene stream running through the back yard. The home has just been recently renovated for our guests, complete with all new LVP flooring, brand new kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, expansive living room and a Rec Room with patio access!!

When you drive down our country drive you will be able to pull into our attached two car garage for ease of unloading luggage and groceries. The large driveway is ideal for multiple cars! Keep dry in inclement weather by entering through the lower level, where you will land in a newly appointed Rec Room, complete with foosball table, smart TV, and a bar for your entertaining purposes. There is a bedroom/study on this level, complete with it's own newly renovated full bathroom. The laundry room is also available here for all guests!

Once you are done with the lower level, you can go upstairs to the expansive living room with huge sectional couch and an additional seating area, complete with another Smart TV (55 inch), dining area, and a fully stocked country kitchen for all your needs. The kitchen has been completely remodeled to meet the needs of all our travelers. The main floor has two large bedrooms, both with smart TVs, and a fresh brand new full bathroom.

If you are an outdoor person - the back yard is a Country Oasis! We have a patio with table and chair set, complete with an umbrella and a small fire chimney, overlooking 1.2 lush acres of land. The back of the property has a stream running through it, it is truly relaxing after a long day of travel!

The entire property is available for our guests.

We wanted to let you know that our team is available to assist you between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. However, we understand that sometimes questions or issues may arise outside of those hours, and we want you to know that we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

The area around our home is full of growth! New Albany Links Golf Club is close by, as well as Abercrombie and Fitch International Headquarters. We are also within minutes of the New INTEL Computer Chip Plant! Access to State Route 161 is super easy - only 1.5 miles away! If you need to go to the Big City - Columbus is merely 20 miles away!

The home is appointed with four Smart TVs with Roku that will require you to sign into streaming channels using your account.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.


• We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the Property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive to any outrageous noise!


• The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the House at any given time.

- We allow only 2 dogs maximum under 30 pounds

-We don't allow cats

• Your safety matters to us! Our Property is equipped with friendly outdoor security cameras. These cameras are specifically placed outside the property, ensuring a secure environment for all guests.

• We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to end your stay and enter the unit immediately.


• We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.


• Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.


• That you have a valid photo idea, verified email address.


• We have a 4pm check in policy and 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management.


• If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and we will check with upper management to verify that this is something that we can accommodate.


• There will be a fee for all early check in and late check outs!


• Check out time is strictly 11am if this does not work for you please get a late check out or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy!


• We also have a Moderate refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions!



• Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the house.


• We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.


• This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the house.


•$100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee



• No smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke please set outside, no candles (there is a fee for this action) .$500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises.



• Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the house.


• We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times.


• No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. Be nice to our neighbors.
While we are huge pet lovers (we have fostered and rescued for years), we do realize that pet ownership has a number of responsibilities. We would appreciate it if you clean up after your pet both inside and out! Please pick up outside so future guests don't accidentally step in anything, and inside please keep your furry friends off the furniture. Pet hair is very hard to get out of furniture, pillows and bedding. If your pet is a chewer, we would request that you please utilize a kennel. If you need one, please reach out and we can get one delivered to you! Thanks so much!!

We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or events, including bachelorette parties, bridal showers, baby showers, or any similar gatherings that could disturb our neighbors or violate our house rules. Our property is intended for quiet relaxation and peaceful enjoyment by our guests, and we ask that you respect this atmosphere during your stay. We reserve the right to evict any guests who violate this policy without refund or notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
