House held our 18 person group extremely well, it was better then we could have imagined! Towels and such were VERY stocked! lots of fun games and puzzles, the hot tub was perfect, Sharc passes were so fun! Was worth every penny!

Super impressed by every ammenity this house has to offer! We used the SHARC passes, bikes, and large space for gatherings. If you need extra table space, we found some folding tables and chairs in the garage that allowed us to make a giant table. Overall, 10/10 experience!

This is the second time we stayed in this house with our family, and it was absolutely wonderful! Lots of space, great utensils for cooking, barbecuing, hot tub, bicycles, and the ping-pong and air hockey were wonderful. Encourage anyone that has a large group, this is the place to stay.

House was stunning and accommodated our 18 member family reunion very well. It came with two washers/dryers and a well appointed kitchen. The garage game room was fantastic and kids really enjoyed playing ping pong, air hockey and basketball. Everyone enjoyed the 8 person hot tub. My 4 adult children, their spouses and 8 grandchildren all enjoyed the visit. Guys had a chance to golf and we were not far from Bend where ladies loved to shop. The SHARC was an amazing hit with the grandchildren with 12 passes. We were close to the village and the family got to hike to Paulina Falls, visit the High Desert Museum and the obsidian fields. The house rental came with 16 bikes which made Bike riding a fun activity for the entire family. They even got to float down the river!!Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. Aaron was extremely responsive and we would definitely go back again!!!!

This is a lovely home that provided open spaces to commune and be together as well as private areas to escape to for a recharge when needed. It was perfect for our Graduates to celebrate their accomplishments and have one last “Hoorah” before heading into summer. The host is fantastic to work with and very responsive.

Fabulous Home!!

17 Family members had plenty of space together and not feel crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, appliances and six burner stove, which made cooking for a crowd easy. There were lots of games to play indoors and in the garage. All the bikes you can imagine The hot tub was wonderful. Each of the bedrooms, had a special theme that made them fun and very comfortable. The beds were Extremely comfortable. Overall, this would be the place we would love to return to!

Wonderful Family Vacation!

This was our first time renting a property in Sunriver. We were excited when we first entered the house - it's beautiful! We had 16 people in the house (representing four family groups) and the house's expansive great room style made is easy to accommodate this number without feeling crowded. We loved many things about the house. We were amazed that there were 14 bikes available for us to explore the many bike paths. It was so fun! The 12 SHARC passes were much appreciated, and the hot tub was amazing and used frequently. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds comfortable, and there were lots of games, puzzles, and books - as well as ping pong, air hockey, and a basketball game in the garage. We're definitely considering a return trip next summer!

Great family getaway

Beautiful home , large living and dining area very nice for our large family. Perfect for kids well stocked with toys, games, and great backyard area. Well equipped kitchen. Super comfy beds. Nice hot tub. Nice neighborhood. Close to the store. Kids loved riding their bikes. Table tennis and air hockey were nice. Beautiful home, well cared for. Highly recommend.

Family Gathering for Rachel's Big Birthday

My family came from Australia, UK and Canada to celebrate my 60th birthday with me. The house was perfect and we had everything we could possibly need. All 10 bikes that went with the house we in great working condition and great for getting around SunRiver. The outside eating area was perfect for celebrating the 2 birthdays that happened during out 4 days stay. We enjoyed paddle-boarding, kayaking, hiking, cycling and the local breweries in SunRiver and Bend. Aaron is an exceptional host and went over and above. He is very easy to communicate with and made us all feel very much at home. I would definitely recommend this property and the great host. Thank you!

We love this property because of the size and layout. It is ideal for family gatherings. The suites are large and private. The home offers plenty of space while still feeling warm and cozy. The large 10' ceilings throughout the main floor and the expansive vault in the living room offer luxury not commonly found in Sunriver. Huge pine logs adorn the living room and give a rustic cabin feel while still offering all of the luxuries of a lodge.
