Relaxing beach vacation

Pelican Watch is an excellent place to say. The views from the deck are amazing. The south end of Seabrook Island is quiet and relaxing. The property is up to date and is well stocked with quality furnishings. We most enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night.

Great spot location Great Stay

Absolutely beautiful drive to the south tip of Seabrook Island. Condo was right off the beach with easy boardwalk access. It had all the amenities you could want and was really an enjoyable stay. About 45 minutes from downtown Charleston but it is one of the most scenic beautiful drives under a canopy of oak trees you can imagine. I would highly recommend.

I actually came to Seabrook on business and brought my mother with me. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and this property, and would like to come back in the near future. Her request was "I want to stay here". Please thank the housekeepers. The place was exceptionally clean!

Anniversary Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay here. Lovely villa with comfortable bed and furniture. Very tastefully decorated with coastal decor. The kitchen was fabulous for cooking meals in if not going out. The owner has thought of everything—from full line of pots and pans, any utensils and appliances you could possibly need, foil, plastic wrap, etc, and even spices! Location was perfect also. An end unit with the boardwalk to the beach right outside your door. Beautiful sunsets from the deck. Overall a wonderful property. Would highly recommend!
