West Newport

We enjoyed the stay so much! Thank you Sheryl and Richard for being the best host! We definitely had such a great time and wished we would have stayed longer. The house was so clean, had all the amenities that we needed and it felt so comfortable and just like home. We enjoyed the hot tub all day long and walked to the beach many times. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend over and over again!

Golden rooftop

We loved staying here! The best part is the rooftop deck — such a beautiful place for sunsets and relaxing in the spa. Location to the beach and a nearby park is perfect for families. Would stay here again.

Good location and very clean

Very nice location and the best place was super clean and Chase, who let us in, was super helpful. It was difficult to plan/wait to be let in because of weather so would be nice to have a code to get in instead but Chase was very helpful. The stairwell is rather steep and narrow so could be an issue for seniors. And the glass table could be an issue for toddlers, but otherwise everything was perfect, very comfortable, very nice spot.

Fantastic Property

This was our first in Newport Beach and we loved it. The property was exactly as represented and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the grocery store. The owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Tow nights in Newport

A coworker and I rented the space for a couple nights while meeting with new clients in Newport Beach, but after speaking with my wife and daughter on facetime, they now want to visit for vacation. No surprise there. The space is beautiful with all the amenities. Rich, the property manager was wonderful and very helpful. He set up the grill and hot tub for us when I arrived. I like that they personally meet you and show you all the intimate details about the space you would otherwise have to figure out. It's very close to the beach and within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the house and location if you're coming with family to have fun or simply popping down to make some new friends. Great place and a great time. Thank you!

Perfect space for a getaway!

Loved our stay at this property! Richard was friendly and easy to communicate with. Property was clean and close to everything you need. Walking distance to coffee, grocery, and the beach! Property even comes with beach chairs and a cooler! Neighborhood is nice, safe and friendly. Spent a lot of time upstairs on the rooftop deck watching the beautiful sunsets. Perfect location! Can't wait to come back!!!

You can rent extra bikes, child bikes, child bike accessories, E-bikes, kayaks, and stand-up boards from our managers and have them delivered to your door!

private patio on the 3rd floor of this unit. A great view. The excellent location means no car is needed, with several restaurants, waterfront dining options, Newport Pier, and a grocery store all within walking or biking distance. Local transportation is also readily available.
