Summary:

Welcome to Soggy Pollards! This new and amazing five bedroom, three bathroom home has unobstructed views of Copano Bay from almost every room. The 250 foot private pier has overhead lighting as well as green lights so you can fish anytime you would like! There is a fish cleaning station, plus a bench and chairs at the end of the pier for your convenience. There is even an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy toes after a day of fun at the beach.



The Space:

Inside your welcomed by serene seaside inspired decor and elegant furnishings. The home has a split level design. Upstairs you have open concept living, dining, and kitchen with room for everyone to gather and mingle. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a built in beer and wine fridge, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. The gorgeous dining table has seating for six and there are also seven barstools that serve as extra seating at the huge breakfast bar. There is also seating for six on the balcony perfect for al fresco dining with a view. The living room has the most comfortable sofa, love seat, and arm chair surrounding a massive wall mounted TV. This is the spot for movie night or watching the big game! The master bedroom has a king bed, water views, and a fantastic walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs as well. Both have king beds and share the second bathroom.

Downstairs are the fourth and fifth bedrooms, and the third bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and water views. The fifth bedroom is huge and features two queen beds, a twin over full bunkbed, and water views. There are TVs in all five bedrooms.

Guests will have access to the entire five-bedroom, three-bathroom house. Enjoy the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a beer and wine fridge. Relax on the balcony with seating for six, or unwind in the living room with a large TV. The private pier with overhead and green fishing lights, fish cleaning station, and outdoor shower are also available for your use. The property also features a BBQ grill and a private entrance.

Nestled in the charming Rockport neighborhood, Soggy Pollards offers a prime location for exploring the best of the Texas coast. You're just a short drive from Rockport Beach, perfect for a day of sun, sand, and swimming. For dining, explore the local restaurants offering fresh seafood and Tex-Mex cuisine – many are within a quick 5-10 minute drive. Browse unique shops and art galleries in the Rockport Art Center, showcasing local talent (approximately a 10-minute drive). The area also boasts convenient amenities like grocery stores and pharmacies, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy the laid-back coastal vibe and discover the friendly atmosphere of this delightful neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Getting around Soggy Pollards is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the area, you'll find ample free parking right on the premises. For those flying in, the closest airport is Aransas County Airport (RKP), approximately a 15-minute drive away. From there, you can easily reach Soggy Pollards by car or taxi. Public transportation options are limited in Rockport, so a personal vehicle is the most convenient way to get around and discover all that the Texas coast has to offer, including Rockport Beach, local restaurants, and shops.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the home for the next guests. Soggy Pollards is a non-smoking property, and we do not allow pets. Parking is free on the premises.
