Fishtastic! Waterfront,Community Pool,Walk to Bars, Restaurants and Pier!

This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is beautiful and spacious with 1900 Square feet. When you walk into the front entryway you will find a large bedroom on the left with 2 Queen beds and a full bath. This is a great place for the kids to hangout. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed an unsuite bath. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms that share a bath. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other two twins. There is a large patio out the side door and a small grassy area in the back of the house. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Hosts always available for concerns. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Walking distance to fishing pier and restaurants. It was a great place to stay.

The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool needed cleaning and the host did get this handled once requested. The bedroom, however, did not have any dresser drawers, and nightstands did not have drawers either, making it not user-friendly for storing your clothes. Overall, good stay

Guys Trip

Our party of 9 enjoyed the property. It was perfect walking distance from restaurants and night life. Our group enjoyed the outdoor pool to relax in the evening after fishing all day. We plan on returning in the future and sharing this gem with our friends.

Great Layout

The location was perfect and beautiful scenery from the balcony. The house was the perfect layout for a family trip. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of linens and bath towels. For the most part clean however whatever cleaner used to mop the floors left a very sticky residue behind that turned the bottom of our socks/house shoes black. That is easily resolved with the right cleaning products:)

Awesome house!

6 of us stayed in this house for a long weekend getaway. The house was just as listed, very clean and close to a lot of fun bars and great restaurants. Although we didn’t have the best weather, we were still able to enjoy the great deck with a view of the water. It was nice sitting outside in the morning with our coffee. There wasn’t a conventional coffee pot, only a Kurtis, so you may want to bring your own k cups. I felt very safe in the area around the house and the water is just across the street. We would certainly stay at this place again!

Beautiful home with all the perks!

We truly enjoyed our stay and the property manager was super helpful! The home was beautiful and it had everything we needed! We would love to stay here again! The pool was missing some shaded areas but we brought a canopy out to the side of the pool because it was scorching hot and my daughter sure felt it. Overall our stay was wonderful! Thank you Rockport Escapes!! We had such a fun family weekend!

Perfect getaway spot

This property is located in a beautiful area. The place was well furnished and pleasantly decorated. The wifi/internet disconnected frequently so we weren’t able to stream while we were winding down in the evening and this could’ve been a one off. One of the bedrooms did not have a clean sheet or pillowcase but everything else compensated for the minor inconvenience.
