Perfect place when visiting Nashville

Had a great couple of days in Nashville. Easy to get downtown via Uber. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The view from the top was amazing. Just be aware, lots of stairs

Enjoyed our girl's weekend here. Definitely had plenty of room. Check-in & communication with the host was easy and quick. The place could use a good deep cleaning & the cooking pans/pots need to be replaced. replaced.

A wonderful “boots on the ground” getsway

My siblings, mother, nieces, and their besties chose a country getaway in Nashville and decided to rent a home so we could cook and enjoy one another’s company in a single dwelling. Well this house rocked and Nashville was a gem of a city. No in house cooking was needed since there were plenty of restaurants to tickle our fancy. We had one minor challenge with the cleaning of the property but the property management team could not have been any more efficient, thorough, and customer-focused to resolve. A! We’d definitely stay here again. Now, prepare because this is a 4-story walk-up! Well worth it though to see the hot tub and the city view. The rooms and bathroom were exactly what we needed.

Our Stay

Our stay here was so amazing that it felt like home!! It was so clean and so nice with the best views on the rooftop! The only problem we had was when we wanted to cook there were only two pots and zero pans so we had to keep using the same to pots! So other than that our stay was amazing and I highly recommend booking! It’s not far from downtown either or anywhere in Nashville!

A great location for a large young group.

Rooms, number of beds and bathrooms were great. Love the layout. Front door is not at all private, a window covering is greatly needed and I feel would provide security and comfort. I also suggest upgrading pots and pans for those who love to cook. Kitchen glassware needs to be replaced, several glasses were chipped. Roof deck furniture needs to be tended to. Washing chair coverings would help and remove or replace broken sofa table. It would have been helpful if cleaning crew made sure washing machine detergent was left. Two empty bottles were left behind instead. Other than that we were pleased. Area is growing with lots of new houses popping up but not a good location for jogging or walking neighborhood. Views from rooftop is amazing!

Expect a cheap, no frills party house

Let’s start with the positive - the house is huge, the pictures are accurate, it’s a great place to throw a party or stay with a large group, it was clean Negatives - I was given the wrong check in code which delayed us getting entry to the house by hours and it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone to fix the issue. They did at least give me a late checkout to compensate which was appreciated. It’s a bit further from downtown (15 mins or so) and Ubers are available but tend to have a 10 - 15 min wait to get. They say you get basic supplies such as laundry detergent and dish soap but we were missing a lot of this. No soaps in the showers. No pool towels for the hot tub. No plastic cups or plates for drinking / eating outside. No speakers. No games. No corkscrew or basic pantry supplies. Nothing ‘extra’. This place was built just for short term rentals so expect cheap finishing, but the beds are comfortable enough and the bathrooms are big. The hot tub was tiny (only fit 4 people) but the downtown view is nice. If the owner put another $500-1000 into finishing this out with some pool towels, soaps for the bathrooms, kitchen utensils, plastic outdoor drink ware, etc. the experience would be a lot better. Stay here if you want to sleep a lot of people in a clean house for a low per person cost and/or are throwing a party.

Such a great home for the weekend! The only hard part was barely any dishes and few towels along with parking. Other than that super great house!

There was plenty of room and bathrooms but it was not very clean. Hot tub was almost empty when we got there...we filled it but I don't know how clean it was. Needs better overflow parking.
