Great location! Very clean! I do wish we could have gotten the thermostat to adjust. We were freezing and couldnt get it warmer but still loved this place!! Would definitely stay again!

Great location. 6 minute Uber ride to Broadway, less to the Gulch. Walkable to 12 South shopping. Space for 2 cars (1 in garage which was great). Nice rooftop, but we didnt use due to the extreme heat in Nashville. Very spacious. Bedrooms are large! Would book again.

Visited with 10 people on a 50th girls birthday - plenty of room for all to sleep. Location was near many areas with just a very short uber drive. Many places within walking distance, but the hot temps kept us from walking as much. Condo had everything you would need - kitchen stocked well, towels, soaps, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Nice rooftop patio area. Condo unit garage & parking onsite. Note - there are many stairs in this condo. Great communication with host - very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

We were surprised by the size of the property. The townhouse is well decorated and was very comfortable to be in. We like the fact that was close to downtown Nashville yet far away from all the nonsense. But highly recommend for future visits for other people.

We’re glad you enjoyed the property and convenient location. Nashville has train tracks throughout many parts of the city, especially in centrally located neighborhoods close to downtown. For light sleepers, we do provide sound machines in the home, and many guests find those very helpful for city noise.

We stayed here to explore Nashville. It was a great location and close to everything we wanted to see. The offstreet parking a d garage was very nice to have. We drove a Jeep Wagoner and we fit in the garage fine.

Great Place

This property was so nice. Everything was clean and it exceeded my expectations. It was in a perfect location. My friends and I really enjoyed the rooftop to hang out and talk. Everything was clean and exactly like the listing. I would definitely rebook!

Short but sweet

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights at the property but it was ideal for the time we were there.Location was good as it was abt 25 minutes to walk to Broadway and the hub of Nashville. Also easy access by road to the Grand Ole Opry which is a must. Despite being on a main road, noise was not a problem.The house was very spacious, comfortable and the added bonus of the rooftop area to sit and have a few drinks in the evening was perfect.Would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Nashville who are happy not staying in the centre.
