From the absolutely impeccable house to the amazing location... this was absolutely a dream vacation. I can not say enough about the owner, the communication, the promptness all of which made the process seamless and the vacation that much more enjoyable. This was a very beautiful and quiet home with lots of space for everyone to relax to watch movies to soak in a hot tub to cook around the big beautiful kitchen island or sit around the big dining room table or in the big open spacious living room with lots of seating for all.Additionally there was a pool table to play pool, many board games around and an office nook for computer. The area was off season so most of the local businesses were closed but the hot pools remained open and are located across the road and we could walk there easily. We had all ages from infants to older adults and everybody found space and options for entertainment. Some people went biking. It was just a great overall space to hold a family gathering, and the house were very accommodating and kind had no problems with them Whatsoever.

Wedding group

The house was perfect for a large group, lots of space for everyone. The house needs a new coffee pot, and the patio fire tables didn’t work and no propane in the outside heater.

25th Annual Panorama Vacation

Having stayed at many different properties over the past two decades at Panorama, I would have to say this is at the top of the list. Location,location,location. If you have small kids or elderly, this house makes it easy for your team captain or trip organizer. If you know, you know and that is priceless.The house is beautiful, not many like it on the hill. You will not be disappointed !

Amazing mountain location

We were two families with teenage boys. This location was perfect for us to get access to the ski hill. Home was beautiful and well stocked. So much room, way too much for the six of us but what can you do!Beds and linens were all in good shape.Only complaint would be the remotes and Tvs. Most remotes didn’t work and there were no spare batteries that we could find. Couldn’t cast to the master bedroom tv. Minor issue considering we were there to enjoy the outside but it’s worth a mention so hopefully next visitors don’t have the same issue.Hope to return!

Huge house!

The house was amazing! The fact that Every bedroom had its own bathroom was great for each family we went with. Super close to the pools and the hill if we were there when the hill was open that would have been really nice! I asked the owner if they had games in the house which they replied no, so we brought our own but they actually had lots of games to play. Also asked if they had spices and they said only salt and pepper but had more than that. Would be nice if they had some toys for kids to play with to keep little ones busy! Lots of space in the house so wouldn’t be a problem to store some so people didn’t have to bring a lot to keep the kids busy. We brought some but after two days they were bored of their own toys.

Needs repairs

The location is great and the house is amazing with lots of space for relaxing for a large group but it suffers from.lack of maintenance. At the price of this place things should be in tip top shape. Only half the house had air conditioning...only 1 heat pump of 2.heat pumps.worked and living room temperatures rose to 30Deg C.(86F) in the afternoon. 2 of the basement bedrooms did not have airconditioning. We were in the middle of a heat wave. The kitchen fridge did not cool below 7 Deg C (45 F) meaning many trips to the garage where the other fridge was located. We realized this at 10pm on the day of arrival when we found out that our food was warm. These temperatures were checked with a thermapen instant read thermometer and at no time did it get any colder during our stay. The garage fridge tended to freeze the food. The wine fridge in the kitchen did not work. Only one of the 2 dishwashers in the kitchen worked. We had looked forward to 2 dishwashers as we had 11 family members including 4 toddlers.There was another one in the basement but not convenient. The large Gas BBQ had to be lit with a wand and blowing as the starters did not work for the main burners only the back burners used for a rotisserie. Shy, the host was easily available by message and supplied extra supplies on request. She had indicated that a maintenance person would be by on Monday to look into the appliance and aircoditioning problems but this never occured.

Family Vacation

The property is very impressive and well located in the resort. The issues that did exist were communicated to the host and some were addressed. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. The beds and duvets were very comfortable and cozy, well stocked with games and puzzles, the wood fireplace was lovely and the pool table was fun to play. Overall a nice place to stay, best for 3 couples to share the cost.

Great Trip

The house is amazing for hosting a large group of people and the proximity to the ski hill is awesome. We had a wonderful time. This was our second stay here and there were a few things lacking this time - no firewood was a major disappointment, hot tub was not full or clean we had to have someone come and fix that, one dishwasher was broken which was very inconvenient for a large group, microwave didn't work and had to be replaced, not enough dish soap or dishwasher pods. Overall, great stay but small things that really make a difference were lacking. For the amount of money spent, attention to small details are important.

A super home and location, with a few bugs to work out

We really enjoyed the house. Very usable kitchen and bbq. Plenty of bathrooms. Excellent proximity to the Panorama ski hill and RK Heliski. There was no welcome manual explaining how to use the many features of the house (like the TVs and many remotes). We did contact the owner for this, but, were directed to discuss it with the handyman. This has been re-discussed with the owner who promises that a new manual is on the way. We eventually did find the two garage door remotes, but not where they were supposed to have been left for us and one did not work. The REAL fireplaces are great. Hot tub was a big hit. Hot water for showers, however, ran a bit scarce at times. A few issues with sound from the master suite being heard in the bunk bedroom. Really a great place.

Perfect Location - steps to the lift!

We loved staying in this house. It was beautiful, well-equipped, and fit our large family group perfectly! We loved how close it was to the ski hill. My two young kids (5 and 1.5 years) were excited about all the toys and games in the house. The hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the ski day. Our only issue with the house was that things were sometimes hard to find (the kitchen was large, and finding what was needed often required opening multiple cupboards and drawers). We also had some difficulty connecting to the entertainment system, which the owner was very helpful and responsive to resolve. We recommend this home to others and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again one day!

Beautiful Ski in/Ski out home

We rented this property with 4 families (15 people total). Everything was as promised in the listing. We did have a few small Issues and would like to share so people know: Firewood is not provided for the big beautiful fireplaces and it is not available for purchase at Panorama, we were able to go to Inveremere and buy some. With the TVs I don’t know if we were doing something wrong, but it seemed like it wanted us to sign into our own streaming service but we couldn’t get them to work. The door code reader on the front door would not work but we could get in through the garage. The owner was very friendly and helpful and when one of our party couldn’t find her phone at the end of the stay, he arranged shipping it back to her when the cleaners found it. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to staying there again.

Great Location!

You can't beat this location! It's literally across the street and up a flight a stairs to the chairlift. The house is quite big! Bathrooms in the shared bedrooms are awkward because they are not in a separate room and the shower doors are glass. Also, we didn't have enough hot water for everyone to shower in our group each day and this was over a 6 hour time period! We were a group of 12; 8 adults and 4 teens. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was not great either. Pots and pans could also use and update. Would definitely return though!

Very Over Priced House Panorama

When we arrived at the property, the Cleaners advised us we were suppose to get a late checkin. We were told by the ad and the owner 4pm checkin as normal. But now They tell us they are not responsible for clean up not done. This was inappropriate and rude! Totally unexceptable! Property is Suppose to be a 5Star House per owner, and for the price we paid, this was inappropriate.. Only 2 dish towels, no dish racks, for 5 days for 15 of us, dryer was left full of at least 14 very wet bath towels which we were left to monitor and fold, we weren't told where keys were to use front door & door to garage until we asked, the ad sed were fireplaces, but just a few logs, then owner finally sed "he had smoke problems in one of his other properties" What does that have to do with us? No instructions left for any use. Now he doesn't supply wood. He shouldn't be advertising fireplace if he doesn't want guests to use fireplace. No instructions for steam room. The weather was very Cold and there was lots of very snowy days in our 5 day stay. No one came to shovel. We had to shovel every day ourselves in order to move our vehicles and to use the outside door. No caretake came by with kleenex, hand soap, dish towels, firewood, nor do any shoveling? House was roomy and conveniently located for skiing but we were very disappointed in the owner not following through with any help for us. We never got what we paid for at all. We would appreciate a substantial refund overall and all the cleaning costs. Thank you

Fantastic Family Ski Retreat

We had such a wonderful stay! Even with the cold weather we were all able to curl up by the fire and have a great experience at Panorama. Highly recommend for a relaxing family ski holiday.
