Summary:

Hickory is a two story, one-bedroom tiny cabin that sleeps 5. Nestled in the corner of our Tiny Town community, it backs up to the forest where a covered deck lets you enjoy the view with a mug of coffee or a glass of wine. The cabin has a queen bedroom and a short loft with a queen and two twin mattresses. It offers Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and satellite. It's pet friendly (adtl $20/night, max of 2), and has a propane grill (propane not provided), firepit, picnic table, and coin laundry facilities.



The Neighborhood:

Tiny Town is a tiny cabin and RV community just off HWY 259 with easy on and off and immediate access to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and minutes from the site of the new casino.



Other Things to Note:

Additional pet fee is requested after booking.



Check-in and Check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter is subject to staff availability and will be assessed on a case by case basis. If cleaning staff is available for your check-in or check-out day, the cleaning fee will be double for those stays.

We had an amazing stay! The tiny home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The full-size refrigerator was definitely a plus, and the beds were super comfy!The only con was that the guest Wi-Fi didn’t work in the cabin we stayed in. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we had cell service and were able to use our hotspot, but I wanted to mention it in case future guests are depending on Wi-Fi during their stay—it may not work in every cabin.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay in this cabin. It was nice and cozy. The host communicates with you. The beds are comfortable. Our daughters loved having their own room with their own beds. We loved sitting on the porch listening to nature. If you are looking for a relaxing cabin near Beaver Bend State Park, come here.

Our weekend stay was great! The entrance to Beaver’s Bend is very close. We hiked the Friend’s trail on Saturday and it is beautiful. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated very well and responded promptly to all of my questions. We hope to come back again.

Planned a dirt bike riding trip for myself and son. Cabin was very clean and plenty of room for us. Great location very close to the trails and lots to do in the area. Host provided great directions and had good communication. There was a big storm that passed through one of the nights and slept comfortably through it all. It was a great stay!

The property was in a great location, currently there was construction that made getting in/out difficult (temporary and not fault of the owner). The property was as described, one thing i would say is it is a tiny cabin as described - if you are a larger person, the bed/bathroom will likely be a challenge, and the upstairs bed scenario will be next to impossible. If you're looking for a low budget, good location spot that allows dogs, this is a great option

Great stay for a quick trip

Property manager was amazing and answered message about door code very quickly. I would recommend for adults and small family looking for a clean place to stay in the Beavers Bend area.
