8 women stayed here over the weekend for a Bachelorette party. We were all very comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect. We had breakfast every morning on the deck which was fantastic.Would highly recommend.

It was a wonderful space!! We had an amazing time. The only downside was the cleanliness of the outside. We either had to clean it to use it or just not use it. We did use a blower for the back porch and some wipes for the table, but didn't want to clean some of the other things. Overall we had a great mother daughter trip after graduation.

Loved the stay. Would come back but the ‘bunk’ house over the garage really needs a a half bath. The location is beautiful. The amenities are great.

Had an amazing time at this home. They had everything we needed and the house is set up so nicely to accommodate a large group. It didn’t just sleep our group of 16 comfortably but it fit us all as well. Plenty of room in the living areas, plenty of outdoor seating. Kids were asking if we can come back before we even left. Highly recommend this rental!

Perfectly decorated, quiet, cozy upgraded cabin. Comes equipped with everything you need to cook and be entertained. Highly recommend and would return again.

Couldn’t have been better!

We are so impressed with this home! Immaculately clean and matches the pictures if not better in person! New and updated furniture, and sprawling space for a large group. We will be back! The separate bunk house is perfect for children to have fun away from adults. 10/10

Had a great Family time!

This place is awesome. It was clean and spacious. This property literally has EVERYTHING that we needed. The common space is great and the kitchen had all of the tools we needed for several big family meals. The kids LOVED the bunk beds room!! The owner is very responsive to any problems that might occur! I just can't wait to book it again soon. I Highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed:)

Great retreat weekend!

My siblings and I celebrated my Dad over the weekend in this beautiful Blue Ridge home! We are a family who loves to cook and we were very appreciative of the photos that indicated the appliances the cabin contained. We had all the essentials and made meals with ease! All our beds were comfortable! I slept comfortably in the “bunk room” with many of the kids. The only downside to this room is the lack of bathroom for nightly visits since it is not attached to the rest of the home. Furniture is comfortable and lush opposed to many rentals that fear for damage and go cheap. My pregnant sister took several naps on the extra large couch! The porches are large and offered ample seating for our 14 guests! The hot tub was clean and warm as soon as we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. The hosts responded quickly to all of my inquiries and took extra care to work with several changes in our booking. We would absolutely rent again!

We chose this rental based on the photos and reviews, which made it appear immaculate—but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that the A/C in the bunkhouse wasn’t working, though to their credit, it was replaced promptly during our stay.My husband and I did a walkthrough of the property, inside and out. We noticed several light fixtures with missing bulbs. While a contractor replaced them in the bunkhouse, the bathroom light remained untouched. The decks were covered in spiderwebs, and we later discovered a wasp nest on the stairs—unfortunately, after my daughter was stung multiple times.The biggest issue was cleanliness. The stairs on every level were filthy and full of dog hair. With small children crawling on the floor, we had to move furniture to retrieve toys and found large amounts of pet hair underneath. The main level couch had stained cushions, including what appeared to be urine. Porch furniture was heavily soiled with dirt, mold, and more pet hair.One bathtub wasn’t draining well, but that was resolved quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and spices, though some items were expired and should be cleaned out. We also found dirty solo cups in a cabinet.On a positive note, the kids enjoyed the hot tub and loved the little creek behind the house. It’s a quiet, peaceful location—but the home would benefit greatly from a deep clean and better maintenance.

Thank you for your detailed review—we now know exactly where every missing lightbulb in the tri-state area ended up. 😅 You’re absolutely right: the property needed a deep clean, and we’ve since tackled that head-on (with enough pet-hair-removal tools to qualify as a veterinary clinic). We’ve also given the outdoor areas a good once-over—spiders and wasps have been evicted, though we’re not sure they took the hint permanently. We're glad to hear your kids enjoyed the hot tub and the creek—it’s always nice when nature cooperates more than the light fixtures do. As for the couch… we’re still interrogating it about the mystery stain. So far, it's pleading the Fifth. Thanks again for your stay and your feedback—it’s helping us make the place even better for future guests (and their children, dogs, and toy-retrieval missions). We always strive to provide a five-star stay for all guests, whether they're booking through the platform or... exploring other options. 😉Sorry we weren't able to accommodate that for you.
