Sunshine Baydream is bay living at its finest! Vacation comfortably with 3 master suites, including one on the main floor.

The open floor plan is great for entertaining! Enjoy the grill on the rear deck or the large second floor deck. The home is in a quiet community with a pool on Stone Road just outside the Town of Cape Charles.

Owners' 6-person golf cart registered with the town may also be rented in advance! Please note 3 night minimum during July and August. Any reservation over 8 guests will be subjected to an additional $50 linen fee.

Golf cart did not seem to have the necessary charge.Golf cart was not allowed to travel on the necessary road to get to downtown cape Charles, we were pulled over by a local policeman.No matter what we did we could not get the tv sound to stay on for more than a few minutes.

Beautiful property inside and out, the house had everything you need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The beach was a 5 minute drive away, and the town itself is just adorable.

Beach Magic

We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer.

Sunshine Bay Dream: Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Bay Dream! The house was clean, lovely and very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved having access to the golf cart (a must for the full Cape Charles experience) and the nostalgic fun of the Ms. Pac-Man table. It was the perfect setting for much-needed R&R. Typically, we stay in town, but this tranquil location was a refreshing change of pace. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Cute house Great location.

The house is very nice. Kids said twin beds were fine. Master and downstairs beds very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has is own bathroom! Small kitchen but efficient enough though no garbage disposal. Overall our family had lots of fun and even times of relaxation

Wow - we gave you access to our golf cart for free because you couldn't afford it and this is how you repay us... I never heard anything from you during your stay which would lead to this review. No good deed goes unpunished, I suppose!

A gem in Cape Charles!

This house was everything and more! The neighborhood is great for bike riding with kids, you can go crabbing and fishing, tennis courts and the pool was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with a lot of cookware and spices and the open floor plan was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the video game entertained the kids for hours. The house is a short 5 minute drive to the beach and we never had issues finding a parking spot. I would not drive the golf cart to the beach as it’s to far of a ride. The host was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating!

The house is a 5 minute car ride to the beach & town. The golf cart that the host offers for an additional fee can NOT be driven legally to town on the road or on the path that he suggests. The neighborhood pool is within walking distance from the house so there is no need to spend extra money on his cart. We encountered a problem with this host and found him to not be very accommodating.

We had 2 families (2 adults, 2 kids & 2 adults 3 kids) and this house was perfect for us! It was clean and had everything you needed for a visit! The yard provided lots of running area for the kiddos. Communication with host was fast and easy. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in that area!
