Open kitchen, dining, and living room. High-end furniture. Icon Brickell situates in Brickell Ave, near Brickell City Centre, Downtown Miami, Mary Brickell Village, and Bayfront Park. The building has significant amenities, Park Terrace, Pool Deck, Spa, Fitness Center, Restaurants, and many more. Valet Parking only ($)

Only 2 guests (adults) will be allowed to use the amenities. Children under 18 years old will be able to access the amenities without any restrictions.

Starting in April 2025, the building will undergo renovations in the amenities area (pool deck), which will be closed during this time. The estimated completion time is one year.

The place was great! We were all able to make it to the pool, although there was supposed to be a 2 person limit. That doesn't even make sense. The kitchen tap needs to be replaced and I would recommend also changing out the 2 bathroom lights on the wall that are all rusty. Also note for future guests that they can pay to leave luggage at the cleaners down the road. We were told there was no where to leave our bags for 6 hours before our check in.
