Great Location

Had a fantastic vacation with my family at this fantastic location. The pools, beach, food trucks, and location were incredible, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Can't wait to come back to Maui!

Large welcoming spaces and great view from the lanai

Every room in this condo is spacious and inviting. The lanai/ balcony in particular has a terrific view and space for everyone to enjoy the indoor outdoor living. The washer and dryer are modern and work great! So nice to wash up the clothes so easily in our own unit. All in all, a terrific stay!

Amazing place to stay.

Very communicative and organized. Instructions were great and easy to follow. Great place to stay for all ages and it is close to the beach. Would absolutely stay there again.

Family friendly

Such a great place to stay. Family friendly, restaurant on resort, little market that sells all your basics, beach is amazing, we saw so many turtles, beautiful fish, and crabs. You get a beautiful view of the sunset that is a must in Maui. I defiantly recommend this place.

Our New Favorite Place

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui at the Honua Kai. We are already making plans to come back. In my opinion, the location to the beach, pools, views, facilities were all really amazing! Our family of six loved our stay here. We are ready to come back and stay again!

Paradise and more!

This was our 3rd time in Kaanapali, but first time at this resort! The unit was spacious and perfect for a group of 7. The management team were super attentive and accommodating. We walked to Whaler's village and took the shuttle back, which dropped us off at Maui Villas, which is only a short walk back. The area is central to everything you could need. Make sure to check out Leilani's at the Beach, Plantation House Restaurant, Food trucks next door, and Baya Bowls!

Very comfortable accommodation (and reasonably priced) for a family of eight.

This two bedroom (with a sofa bed couch in the living area) comfortably accommodated our family of eight. It was in close proximity to the beach, the walking path and Duke’s and we had views of the pool and beach to the right of the balcony. We would return again.

KBM Resorts are so great to work with

This is my third year using KBM for my rental and they are so great to work with. I love the fact they give a free compact car rental if you book 7 or more days. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean and very comfortable. I look forward to going back and using them next year.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having two large beds in the second bedroom made it easy to have my kids visit for a few days. The facilities are beautiful. Having easy access to pools, hot tubs, and the beach was wonderful. The beach walk made it easy to get in a healthy walk each day. The BBQs and gym are a real plus. We will come back again!

Perfect 2 bedroom

Everything is as described or better. One bedroom with 2 beds, the other with 1 bed and access to the lanai. Great view from lanai that completely opens up. Kitchen has more than enough equipment/utensils for cooking. Umbrellas, boogie boards and beach chairs in the unit as well as a pack and play if you have small children (just need your own sheet). Would definitely stay again

Very nice

I’ve stayed at this resort about 13 years ago. Overall, we thought it was very very good. I was disappointed in the rental car process at the beginning as I ended up missing out on the free rental car. One of the beach chairs was ripped and should be replaced. We would stay here again without question.

Beautiful resort with nice pools, on the beach. Dukes restaurant on site. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, plenty of storage for clothing, beautiful bathrooms, great deck with plenty of deck furniture. TV was adequate and there was good wifi. Nice underground parking. Wristband system for room entry, pool towel access. Our room had a rather small kitchen for a room that housed up to 8 people, including a lack of places to put your groceries and supplies. It has a sized fridge which was also too small for 8. Also it lacked some basic necessities, such as not enough glasses, spoons, towels and a few other items. Overall good experience as these small annoyances did not stop us from having a great time.

Accommodations were great - very clean and absolutely everything we needed (beach chairs, cooler with wheels, beach towels, boogie boards, etc). Pools were beautiful and grounds were well kept. The waterslide was fun for the kids. KBM was very responsive if we ran low on items (toilet pepper,etc). We would send an email and the items showed up shortly after.

Everything that we expected!

We had an awesome experience. From the time that we booked to the day we left we were amazed and how easy everything was. The unit we stayed in (Konea 445) was everything that we expected and more. The grounds at the Honua Kai were amazing and we felt like we really got what we expected. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay. We like the location, the spaciousness and the furniture and fixtures at Honua Kai. Toiletries were top notch. Bedding was good. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen accessories, the beach towels and surf boards and chairs. The lanai is fabulous!

I would highly recommend booking your vacation thru KBM. From the moment I called and said what I was looking for there was an email giving me locations, prices and pics. Then I made my choice and filled out my request online and response was quick. Property was beautiful and better than expected. The box of chocolate's left on our dining room table was a nice touch! Thanks for making our vacation awesome and hassle free!
