With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, everyone can have their own space, making our home the perfect getaway for you and your family! We can comfortably accommodate a family of 12 at Miramar Bliss.

⭐ PET FRIENDLY!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on indoor furniture, bedding, or in the pool.

⭐ Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located in the front and both exterior sides of the house). No inside cameras.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars).

- Guests are responsible for filling the BBQ grill’s propane tank.

- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $40/night or $800/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and the pool heater may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know a week before you check-in.

- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to pool, spas, stairs, or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.

- Any unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hour charge, due to the cleaning company having to wait, due.
to not being given prior notice.
