We loved the place! Wonderful to have morning tea and coffee service provided, which we took full advantage of 🫖!We also enjoyed the fire pit, used 3 nights. Beds were comfortable too. The host was very responsive to questions and easy to work with which was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located in a great area with stunning views. The host was friendly, responsive, and made communication effortless from booking through checkout. The home was stocked with everything we needed and had all the great amenities, including hot tub, grill, fire pit, screened in lake view porch, to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped place in a beautiful location!

We LOVED our time at Oakwood. The house is very clean and has a wonderful family feel to it. We appreciated all the antique furniture throughout and the screened in porch. We spent some great quality time here as a family and we hope to be back next year.

The pictures of this home don’t do it justice! It’s SO adorable and has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, the neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was clean and there was firewood for the fire pit. The host had excellent communication for check in and check out. It was a quick easy drive to Spire for a swim meet. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Beach. The weather in late September was magnificent!! The house was as expected from all the excellent reviews. The upstairs Master was amazing!! We will definitely consider going back next year.

Perfect for a girls trip

The house was amazing!! It was spacious and just so lovely. The only regret we all had was that we didn’t spend enough time at the house enjoying the screened in porch and spectacular lake view. Can’t wait to book again.

Fabulous!

My sisters and I had an amazing time at Oakwood! It was very clean, beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to do! The outdoor patio was so perfect to watch beautiful sunsets. We loved sitting in the enclosed porch to have our morning coffee or wind down the day with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again!

We love love love this place. There were many upgrades from last years girls week, from fixing the screened in porch, the new furniture and best was making access to the water. Mark and the staff are so nice and friendly, I can’t say enough how wonderful they are…My Aunt has said this has become our home away from home!!! Can’t wait, we will be booking our 2026 week soon!!

Perfect House, Perfect Location

This house is so comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a large family. We made use of the incredible porch, fireplace, fire pit and both large tables for board games and meals. The state park and many wineries are nearby. Bring your pickleball net to use 2 marked courts in the GOTL town area.
