Cozy Lake Cottage

Welcome! Our cozy lake cottage is the perfect place for a fun getaway. Our family home offers direct waterfront access to Lake Barkley, along with a private dock. With just a short walk, the beautiful lake is right in the backyard! This property is located in a quiet neighborhood making it a super peaceful place to stay. Located in a very private and secluded part of Lake Barkley.
The House:
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 king sized bed in Bedroom 1. Upstairs, in Bedroom 2, there is a bunk bed with 2 full beds and then a twin sized trundle bed beneath them. Upstairs there is also a full pull out sofa.
There is 1 full bathroom on each floor, both with a shower.

Full sized kitchen on the main floor, furnished with all basic cooking utensils. Keurig coffee maker provided, please supply your own pods. Crockpot, toaster, fridge, microwave, stove/oven, plates, cups, all provided.

All bed linens, towels, soap, dish soap, and hand soap is provided.

• NO pets allowed
• Absolutely NO smoking allowed
Notes:
• The stairs to the upstairs are spiral and may be difficult for people with low mobility.
• Due to Lake Barkley having a winter pool from 9/01 to 4/30, water levels may be too low for dockage so please be prepared for not being able to get your boat to the house.
• Pictures were taken during off season (water was low)
• No Wi-Fi but TVs are workable off of a hotspot
