The space
Get the best of San Francisco in this forest-like setting with towering cypress trees , a cozy outdoor patio, a grill as well as a luscious, tiered garden leading to two outdoor seating areas and fire pits. Relax in the hot tub at the end of the day and let your kids (or grown-ups!) swing on the bench-style outdoor swing and look up at the stars.

-Wood burning fireplace, brand new wood flooring, carpet in the bedrooms. Comfy couches and chairs. Small breakfast nook for two and a formal dining area with seating for 6-8.

-High end foam mattresses and pillow-tops, down-alternative comforters and pillows, as well as Casper memory foam. HD TV.

-High-end (Fellow brand) water kettle and coffee grinder. We used to own a coffeeshop and love and appreciate coffee! You will find a standard american coffeemaker as well as pour over and Aeropress options. There is a permanent filter in the coffeemaker and we will leave you with Aeropress filters.

-Gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, rice maker, pots and pans and plenty of baking and cooking utensils. Kitchen basics such as spices, etc. are available for you.

-WiFi throughout the house and in the yard. We have a ' LG TV with SLING TV included, use your own Netflix, Prime, Hulu easily.

-Enjoy the open, tiered backyard with multiple seating areas, a hot tub and a swing. Inside, find games, books and cozy couches with lots of pillows and blankets while you relax at the end of a day of sight-seeing or nibble on the perfect take-out dinner from one of many local options.

-Enjoy the privacy of a gated home within a tree-lined garden and the natural, light-filled loft with skylights.

- Extras for families and couples: traveling (backpack style) picnic set with wine glasses and utensils, traveling high chair and pack-and-play available.

ADA/People with Disabilities: There are 8 stone steps leading up to the front entrance and stone steps outside. There are two staircases inside the house with railings. If you are in a wheelchair, it may be difficult for you to enter. The house itself is three levels. The showers and bathtub will not accomodate a wheelchair.
