Welcome to this totally renovated stylish charming, peaceful, bright 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom victorian house in the most desirable neighborhood of the city --NoeValley. There are two main commercial strips closed by, which lined with upscale restaurants and decor boutiques with dozens of storefronts and cafes such like Philz Coffee, La Taqueria, Firefly. The house is close to J-Church Muni Stop, easy to take public transportations. This is a perfect place for families and travelers.

We stayed at this Noe Valley gem for 5 nights. The location can’t be beat. Just blocks from restaurants, bakeries and shops. It had a garage (!!) for parking which was great. The home was very comfortable for us 3 adults (3 bed, 2 full bath, 1 1/2 bath). We stayed in Feb so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor patio/garden area but it is there. The pots and pans could use updating if you plan on cooking. Susan, the owner, was super responsive for any issues we encountered and was so helpful. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Susan

This place is perfectly appointed and located! Close to great coffee shops and restaurants. Safe area, comfortable to walk around. The inside is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The host Susan is ver responsive and easy to communicate with! We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was in great condition, and fit our family of 5 adults splendidly. The dryer happened to break when previous tenants were there, and since we were there over holiday, noone was available to fix, however, owner offered to do our laundry for us if needed. We opted just to wash and air dry, but I thought it was fabulous they offered to do the work. Check out was simple. Many of the pantry staples were supplied which was fantastic since we held our thanksgiving dinner in the unit. Great VRBO

Stay was great - however heat didn’t seem to work well downstairs and dryer was broken. But overall was great and would stay again! Susan was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location and beautiful house with ample room. Very comfortable bedding and a great kitchen. Parking was convenient in front of property. We were not wanting for anything else.

Family gathering in San Fran

Perfect location, perfect property. Noe Valley is packed with restaurants and shops, and this rental is nearby the 24th street heart of Noe Valley. The property has been beautifully renovated with very high end fixtures. The only thing you will regret is not having enough time to spend at the house.

Great Stay in San Francisco!

The house is clean, beautiful, and we really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was quiet, safe, and perfect for what we needed. The host was very responsive. We used our rental car some days to explore San Francisco and beyond, and other times, we used the public transportation. It was convenient that we had a parking spot in front of the house. This house is close to public transportation, which we used to get downtown. The kitchen is beautiful, but it could use some more basic essentials, such as oven mitts. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well after our busy days. This house is beautiful, and we would stay there again if we are in the area again.

Unique city space in perfect neighborhood

This is a great way to experience SF as a local, with lots of cafes and shops within walking distance. Public transport is easy and you can drive to anywhere within the city in 20-30 minutes. The house is quiet and well maintained, with quality linens and beds. Host communication is good and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet. Would stay here again.

We had many vacation rental experience in different countries. We know what the guests would need. I hope the guests would love San Francisco and enjoy my place just like home. I would try my best to provide excellent services to make the guests' visit a great memorable experience.

Photography is one of my hobbies. I enjoy taking pictures around the city. I love travel.
I have visited many amazing places around world including Antarctica and Arctic.
I also love drawing, singing, knitting and cooking.

San Francisco was one of the first major U.S. cities to emulate Victorian style of architecture, with an estimated 40,000 Victorian homes built in the city between 1850 and 1900. With most of them destroyed in the 1906 earthquake, it is a true treat to own the ones that are still standing today. We have totally renovated the inside of the house in order to make it fit today's life style.
