Howdy Y'all! Come stay in our centrally located North Austin home. Family friendly, back gate opens up for direct access to a large park with hiking, biking & playgrounds. You'll love the scenic views while sipping coffee on the patio. Walking distance to Apple campus, shopping & restaurants. Close to Domain, Q2 stadium, and 15 mins to downtown. 2 miles from the Howard Metro Rail station for quick access to all ATX has to offer. Or stay in and watch a movie in our home theater room!

Everything was great

This is a “no events” house which was fine by us. We just needed a home base as we visited friends and family in Austin. A/c works great. There are not a lot of extra towels but there is a washer and dryer.

Very nice home

Hosts were very good with communications. House was exactly as presented, no surprises. Very clean. Covered patio-awesome! That’s where we hung out when there. Great walking trail right behind the backyard which was handy to walk the dog. Quiet neighborhood . Would definitely stay there again.

Property needs some TLC

Inside and outside the property reminded us of a cheap place multiple college room mates would live. Front & back yard needs some TLC - needs cutting and live plants. Inside also needs TLC - carpet is stained and needs replaced, tile in master bath is missing, carpet in 2nd bedroom has a section missing. Mattress in 2nd bedroom is uncomfortable and old. Bath towels are so thin they hardly work. Vent hood over stove looks like mold is growing. We booked 3 nights and stayed for 2 and then moved into a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Great stay! Quiet Neighborhood

I came out here for a relaxing weekend with friends for Labor Day and it was a great stay! Kyle was very responsive and very helpful during the stay. Great property near a lot of food places and not too far from the lake. Definitely would stay again!

Overall great!

This place was very nice, clean, and comfortable inside, and we loved being able to bring our dog with us. The location was wonderful, nestled in a nice neighborhood and just a short distance from all of our vacation destinations. My only complaints are that we had to walk through tall grass (on the outer side of the fenced yard) to get to the walking path, and we were not allowed access to the community pool that was walking distance from the home.

As advertised

We were comfortable only sleeping in the house. We did no cooking and ate at restaurants during our stay. We did appreciate the backyard gate to the park where we walked.

Great stay

Everything was great! The hosts were extremely communicative and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make the trip a better experience for us. The area around the house was great and super close to major highways so we could get around Austin with ease!
