This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Austin has to offer. It is located a short 17 minute drive (depending on traffic) to downtown and the UT campus. Additionally, you will enjoy being close to the Domain and Arboreteum shopping areas. The lake is a short 17 minute drive as well. For your convenience, there are numerous grocery stores (HEB, Randall's), and pharmacy options nearby. We are pet friendly and pet charges do apply.

The property was as described. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and comfy. The location was easy to get to other areas of Austin. Would recommend!

2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom townhome included parking, a washer/dryer in unit, and some basic toiletries & supplies for soft skin, clean dishes, and clean clothes! This is an older property that has been renovated in the right places with a very modern look! Pets are allowed, but check with property regarding fees. Being able to stay at such a comfortable property while in town because my father was in the hospital; was such a relief. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I were in the area.

Easy check-in and communication with host.Inside of property was very nice and beds were comfortable. Only concern was the master shower was very slippery. Otherwise was a great stay and would start here again.

The place needs a good cleaning, the floors are filthy my soaks where black at the end of my stay!! good thing i had them or it could of been my feet! yuck! drips of something on walls. There was a coffee cup that wasn't clean and a bent skillet that and dried scrambled eggs in it! nasty! No hand soap in master bath and none under sink to refill. over the town home needs some fixes, but the cleanliness was the most important. Never have seen any of the many VRBO's we've stayed at this unclean!

Great location

This property is located in an older and quieter part of North Austin. The neighborhood has mature trees, and is VERY quiet. We will stay here again if we need to travel back to Austin.

Excellent Stay

Will definitely look to staying here again. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bath was more than enough room for 2-4 people. Close to lots of food and shopping.

Amazing place

Overall everything was amazing. My partner and my friends really love it here. It was so close to everything like stores and food. Also communicating with the one in charge was easy to do. So we appreciated everything.

Excellent location

The location was excellent and worked perfectly for my short stay in Austin. The house was very clean and impeccable. The bed was very comfortable and everything I needed for the stay was available. The owner Vince was easy to work with and answered all questions and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend the house.

Work rental

Townhome was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for the two of us and our kitty. Beds were very comfortable. Although there were two parking spaces, it was very tight for two vehicles so we parked one at our office. The property’s parking lot was loud at times. We stayed here a week while our home was being remodeled. We wouldn’t have chosen this location for a vacation, but it was convenient for work.

misleading photos and terrible DIY gone wrong VRBO

I need to report this poor VRBO property to Vrbo. First of all, I have photos I would like to share-many of them that shows this property SHOULD NOT be listed for renters. Please contact me so I can forward you these photos. The only positive of this property is the location and the beds. I have two pages of complaints on either missing items that would make our one week stay doable and also renovation items that is unacceptable to a renter who expects quality standards. You see, when renters pay to stay at a vrbo for the week, we expect it to be as comfortable as being their own home or close to it. This property is extremely BELOW anyone's standards. -broken front door knob -master bedroom floor is uneven, it feels like the laminate flooring would buckle underneath your feet -master bedroom dresser is falling apart -3 bath towels for 2 adults for the week -1 hand towel for the week -few face towels that was so worn that the threads were hanging out from all corners -no hangers or broken hangers in #2 bedroom -no drawers to put anything -microwave light doesn't work -microwave (part of the top is broken) -the rod that opens the blind above the sink is broken -the stove took 20 minutes to preheat -we had to dry clothes for 4 hours and at least 3 cycles!!! So it took all night and all morning!!! -poor stock in kitchen (no spices, oils, not sufficient kitchen pantry to cook from) -lack of cook ware (no baking dishes, not enough cutting boards, etc) -lack of glasses and mugs so if you have 4 guests and you only provide 4 glasses and mugs? And you provide 8 dinner plates and salad plates?? -master bathroom shower needs update, tiles were old and dirty and the heat lamp was poor installed where you can see the sheet rock -many empty cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom -did not provide enough hand soap in master bathroom -kitchen cabinets were poorly painted that it sticks when you try to open it -cooking pan is rusted and bent This place is SO poorly kept and cleaned, there was blood on above the sink in the bathroom! GROSS I texted the owner asking him to bring us more towels, hangers and a full length mirror which he did but I don't believe that he took me seriously. Our family travels often and I've used vrbo enough times to know what is up to the standards and this place is horrific!!!!!! This is not acceptable, it was NOT a comfortable stay. I would like to request some time of a refund for all this trouble
