This condo also boasts two private balconies to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the mountain. If you want to get up the mountain quickly this location is ideal. Walk in and ski out. There is less than 75 yard walk from the property to the base of the Thunderhead Lift

Great stay

This property was great for our family. It feels very big and we never felt crowded with 4 adults and a toddler. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. It’s technically ski out, although that’s a little tricky, but the walk to and from thunderhead lift was a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful month long stay at this Steamboat condo! It was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything our family needed. The location was perfect for a family getaway, with beautiful hiking trails just minutes away and plenty of kid-friendly activities nearby. The space felt cozy yet spacious, and the beds were super comfortable after long days exploring.Our host’s communication was outstanding - friendly, responsive, and proactive in making sure we had a smooth check-in and enjoyable stay. We truly felt welcomed and cared for! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing spot in Steamboat.

Great location, comfortable and clean

We had a lovely visit. Condo is well stocked, comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool while we soaked the hot tub. Thunderhead lift is a short walk and seemed to always have a short line. Owners were responsive and accommodating. We hope to visit again!

Ski trip

Great property. You need to go up hill to the ski area. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen mostly stocked. Need more forks and small spoons. Had an issue with the main TV - was not resolved by the time we left (not the fault of the owners). Great communication with the owners and “Laurie”. Did not get the message for checking out until we were already on the road (snowing). Recommend that the owners have a book available on check in and check out as well as letting their occupants know about Resort Group Shuttle service app (we we lucky in that another group had information about it). That way, the information is available during the stay. Would recommend this property to friends.
