Labor Day Getaway

Sweet Stay in Steamboat Springs

We loving visiting Steamboat and have always loved staying in this building. This condo is a gem- Clean, comfortable, amazing location, great pool, etc. Everything was as described and the property management was helpful. We'll be back!

Great place!

Terrific three days of skiing and we loved the large and comfortable space. Kitchen was well stocked. Very convenient to slopes. Awesome pool and hot tub. Great communication with host. We’ll be back.

Great Place - we will be back

We really enjoyed this property for our family of four. The kids loved the spacious bunk beds and watching TV in their room at night. King bed in adult room was comfortable and spacious. Great having our own bathroom too. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need. Really easy walk to Thunderhead lift for ski access.

Mid June getaway

The inside of the property was warm and inviting. Very relaxing. The outside needed some attention. Pool and hot tub not usable and pool deck not maintained.

Nice condo within short walk to Thunderhead lift

Very nice condo that was recently updated. Well provisioned with everything you need and a short 3-5 minute walk to the Thunderhead lift. Only downside is its a first floor unit and you can hear everything going on above but to be expected in an older condo building like this.

The place was dirty when we got there- toothpaste on the vanity, kitchen counters dirty, refrigerator with dried cheese shreds and other debris, stove dirty, etc. While thy answered my text with my concerns, their promise of “I’ll speak with my supervisor” never materialized. What a disappointment. The building is quite old, but they’ve tried to modernize the condo itself. Location was an easy walk to the slopes

Were a little surprised to hear you desrcibe things this way as a supervisor immediately offered to send our cleaners over but you said it took less than 2 mins and had it sorted. When we checked in on you the next day it seemed like you were having a nice stay. We hope you would consider coming to visit again.

Absolutely beautiful condo, very comfortable. The large kitchen allowed us to cook many of our meals. It was nice to have a working ice maker. We had no complaints with the mattress, pillows, the primary bathroom shower was very nice.Just be aware there are some stairs getting into the condo. We used the laundry facilities in the complex, the cost of the washers and dryers were very reasonable. We would recommend this condo to our friends and return the next time in Steamboat Springs.

this is great place - the listing very accurately describes and displays the unit. it’s really well stocked (much appreciated) and has superb space that allows a family of 4 to feel very comfortable. we’d stay again in a heartbeat. if we had one suggestion for the property managers it’d be to upgrade the pool furniture. it’s definitely seen better days. but that’s a small quibble against a whole lot of positives.
