Charmant appartement au dernier étage, comprenant 2 chambres et 1 salle de bains, baigné de lumière naturelle grâce à ses grandes fenêtres. Il allie une décoration moderne au confort d’un « chez-soi loin de chez soi ». Situé à moins de 2 km du centre-ville très animé, mais suffisamment éloigné du bruit pour vous permettre de profiter d’une nuit de sommeil paisible et confortable. Il se trouve également à 5-10 minutes en voiture d’hôpitaux, du centre commercial Village Mall, de restaurants de restauration rapide, d’une banque et d’un supermarché. Que votre séjour soit professionnel, médical ou d’agrément, cet hébergement saura répondre à vos besoins.

This apartment was perfect as a home base for exploring St.John’s. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. The place was very well set up with everything you could possibly need. We loved our stay here and would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay! Host communicated clearly and efficiently. Location was close to downtown St. John's, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get to and from. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Had everything I needed. Clean all around. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience with Brenda was wonderful. She responded to every question and request in a timely fashion. The only concern we experienced was the navigation of the enterance stairway. We are both in our early 80's and not the best balance anymore. The property has every convienence and the location is excellent. We have no hesitation recommending staying at this property.

Thank you for your review. The stairs can be a problem for an elderly person or someone with mobility issues for sure. That’s why I have a photo of them on my listing. One bonus about the steps is the Apt is on the top floor rather than in a basement with large windows with lots of light.

Very spacious 2br apartment. Nice bedding and bed were very comfortable. The host checked in a few times to see how things were going. Very close to downtown but then St John’s is pretty quick to get around by car. Location was good. I felt very safe, secure and cozy in the unit. A plus is a washer and dryer. The bathroom could use an extra shelf or small table for visitors to place sundries. Overall, a great place to stay.

Plenty of space.Walking distance to downtown. Nice living room for relaxing. The stairs were a challenge for me. I did not realize there were stairs or I might have chosen a different location because I am 83. But everything else was perfect.

Everything was amazing! We love to walk and found restaurants were within walking distance. The place was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and Brenda was very good in communicating with me with any questions I had.

Convenient location for brief trip to St. John’s

Overall well kept older suite. Host was easy and pleasant to communicate with. The suite was quite clean and provided plenty of comfort for our brief stay in the city. Nice location quite close to downtown.

Great Place and Very Quiet

My wife and I were very happy with Brenda's place. It is literally a couple minutes from most attractions in St.John's. And, I night, it is very quiet. This is definitely a 5-star accommodations and we will come back.

Just like home

This sweet place had everything we needed, including the best coffee maker! It was super clean, comfortable and quiet. Easy access to downtown, with a connivence store on the corner. Excellent host and overall great place! Loved it!

The apartment was exactly as advertised--beautiful, modern and clean. Lovely decor and kitchen was well stocked with the essential pots/dishes/appliances. Especially liked that there was laundry machines too! Host was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great place

Great place super clean. Bus stop at the corner or a walk downhill to town. There’s a deli and convenience store at the corner. Brenda was easily reachable and very accommodating. Great host. My only negative comment is there should be a safety bar in the bath/ shower. We had a lovely stay in St John’s

Close to downtown

Brenda's place is a 5 min drive to downtown St. John's. It is nicely decorated and spacious. It was very hot when we were there so the place was hot in the unusual heat wave. Our own fault, I didn't realize how many stairs and we had a couple of suitcases each so be aware there are a few stairs as is a second floor apartment. Brenda replied to messages fast - very communicative :)

It was certainly a difficult situation with the unusual heat wave we were having and no Air Conditioners in the city to buy which I have since purchased a little too late since the heat wave has passed. There are a lot of steps as can be seen in the pictures.

The stay was nice, but extra money was taken without my agreement about the amount

So at the end after the check out ,I find that, the apartment owner has asked for extra fees for stripping the beds ( which was mentioned and that was my mistake ) and for extra cleaning fees ( which( was not even mentioned) and already paid for the cleaning inside of the apartment inside of the bill. Then she asked vrbo for more than $100 and even after me disagreeing with such a situation and amount she asked vrbo to refund the money from the deposit, I feel scammed

First to note this Guest wrote an outstanding review in my Guest Book at the Apt before checkout noting 5 stars and everything was more than perfect during their stay. As for the Guests comments here on VRBO I will just note that the extra cleaning fee charged to this Guest was well warranted.

Sorry for your experience regarding the blinds not blocking light totally. Think if you wanted total block out of light then turning the blind slats outward would have done this. Wish you had contacted me during your stay I most definitely could have helped you.
