• Camera: The only camera on the property is the doorbell camera, which faces the driveway and outside entryway. It is always recording.
• Pets: Massanutten is a wonderful place to take your dog for a hike. We love our pets and hope yours can enjoy the campfire as much as you do!
• Let us know if you are considering bringing pets to make sure they will be approved. If you provide the number of pets, type, breed, and an overview of their temperament, we can expedite getting an answer back to you!
• All pets are subject to pre-approval; we reserve the right to cancel reservations that have not gotten their pets pre-approved.
• 2 pets maximum (minimal exceptions based on size and breed may be considered)
• Pet fees are $45 per pet per night. Ensure the correct number of pets are on the reservation. We will request the total amount from you after you reserve your stay.

• All Resort activities are within 2-10 minutes from Campfire Lodge!
• Community pool: Our guests have access to the community pool for a nominal fee using the provided pool pass (open Memorial Day - Labor Day).
• Skiing and Snowboarding: Massanutten Resort boasts some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Virginia with 14 trails, 1000 ft. of vertical drop, and a terrain park.
• Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark: The indoor waterpark is a favorite among families and features thrilling water slides, a wave pool, and an adventure river.
• Golfing: Massanutten Resort has two 18-hole golf courses that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING

• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

ALCOHOL

• No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS

• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH

• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks, or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
