Our house is not new but not really old like stated. We started the renting of the house in 2010 (anyone can look up the first records of guest- feedback). More decluttering will be considered, thank you for mentioning. Some people like it simpler. It is true that some ornaments are old, some even antique, but cleaned up regularly. None of them are "falling off" .       In terms of cleaning and checking if anything is broken, we personally inspect and make sure all is in order prior to every party. The statement that we have left only two washcloths is not true, we have six bathrooms and left 2-3 washcloths in every full bath plus a cabinet on the hallway in front of the garage that has extra towels and washcloths. There are more than 200 light bulbs in the house; we check and replace constantly the ones that go off so again the "countless" does not apply. After this party I found three out of 200 were not working. One was in a bedroom that has eight more light bulbs and the second one on a hallway adjacent to the living room. There is one bulb (the third non-working) impossible to reach in the lower-level bathroom on the left, there are 7 more lights in that bath, 6 above the double sinks and one close to the one not working.       As long as this house is still available for renting, we constantly try to improve and maintain good communication with our guests. Hopefully this is a satisfactory answer to the complaint. You are all welcome

The Tile showers are very spacious and knee wall toward open spaces no need to have shower curtains . From the gate to our house is 1.4 miles out of them 0.3 mile is a small detour due to a recently collapsed bridge due to heavy rain. The comunity is working on the repairs The duct tape on back porch hand rail is not holding anything is just wrapping around protecting from rain and freezing sleed in the winter time,

We appreciate constructive comments, yet mean comments and negative remarks about things we never advertised don’t serve anyone any good. For example, we never advertised the elevator ( since not functional ), but there are parties that “discover” there is one behind locked access doors, and expect it to work just because... whatever personal reasons. Second, we never advertised we can grant access to MACC, that memberships being very .... very pricey ( please check it for yourself) , not worth for us as a family since is only our vacation home. About cheap ornaments: they are not your Walmart kind, who can say for sure what original art costs? Fake plants, yes, thank you for the tip, we will remove some after this comment. During winter many real plants ( now on the deck) occupy the green room. In conclusion, once in a while people don’t like our home, but many other do.
