We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home with our large group (14 1 baby)! The house offered plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the views were absolutely stunning, especially the scenic drive up the mountain to get to the house. The location was perfect. It was peaceful and relaxing getaway while also serving as a great central hub for exploring the surrounding area. Kelley was very communicative, responsive, and available whenever we had questions, which made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group and would absolutely recommend this home to others!

Really enjoyed this stay, needed more than two nights to tour Black Mountain to Asheville breweries. Will try later this year. A comfortable stay in this well appointed property.

Our family had our 1st ever reunion over July 4th and we had a wonderful time. There was a total of 16 of us and the house was perfectly suited for all of us. It was comfortable and clean. Beautiful views from the window. Kelley was fantastic with communication.

Overall, we had a great stay! Great price and location. Lots of space. About 20 mins from downtown. The heat and AC worked well. The parking was a bit confusing, as we were a group of 6 with 4 cars. The first communication from the host was to park on the driveway but the later communication said to park on the street. We ended up parking 3 on the driveway and 1 on the street (the driveway is quite difficult to walk up and down). The hot tub was not ready upon arrival, it was in Econ/Sleep mode and it took us awhile to get it to work, but we finally figured it out! It takes hours to heat up. Once it was working properly, it was nice and hot. During our second night it went back into sleep mode though. :( Our main issue with this rental was that we really weren’t given a “starter supply” of anything. Typically when I rent places and they give us starter supplies, that means a new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, etc. and then you may need to buy more depending on the length of your stay and the number of people. I’ve never had to replenish basic necessities during a short weekend trip. But we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels because one bathroom didn’t have any and the other one only had a very meager amount left, I guess the remnants from the guests before us. Also, the garage door doesn’t close and remains open, just an FYI.

We had a great stay! The house is gorgeous and it was so nice relaxing on the porch with coffee and the view of the monutains or by the fireplace in the evening. Our pups loved the house too and being cozy by the fire. Great location and only 5 minutes to everything in Black Mountain and 20minutes to downtown Asheville.
