Ce duplex 3BR / 3BA bénéficie d'un spacieux 2000+ pieds carrés. Il a toute l'intimité d'une propriété unifamiliale au prix d'un condo!Espace intérieur et extérieur à gogo ... Parking pour 3+ véhicules! Vous pouvez pêcher, faire du bateau, jouer dans le sable et nager dans la piscine complexe. Le duplex de deux étages a des placards sans rendez-vous, une salle de bain privée avec bain à remous et un salon en contrebas. Les plafonds de 14+ pieds dans le salon ajoutent tous à la sensation d'espace de cette unité. L'unité a 2 roi, 1 pleine, 2 lits superposés, 1 canapé-lit, 1 salon et un canapé pour dormir 9-12. Nous louons également l'autre côté du duplex. Il est presque identique et peut accueillir 9 à 12 personnes supplémentaires pour accueillir des groupes plus importants, des réunions, des mariages ou des familles nombreuses. L'unité est dans le complexe Sawgrass Pointe situé au coeur de West Beach. Il se trouve à quelques pas du col de pêche et à quelques minutes en voiture des restaurants, du putt putt golf, des concerts, du Hangout, du Wharf, de Lulu's, d'Orange Beach et des plus beaux parcours de golf du sud! L'unité est l'un des quatre duplex du complexe. La piscine semi-privée est partagée par les quatre unités et est visible depuis les balcons arrière des unités. L'accès à la plage est à moins de 200 mètres de la porte et est en vue de l'unité.

Gulf Shores family getaway

Lovely, spacious home. Located a short walk from the beach and has a nearly-private pool - best of both worlds. This is an excellent location. Our 3-generation family group had a great stay.

Spacious, clean, private and beautiful home very close to the beach overlooking the bay. Beautiful sunsets and just passed the heavy traffic. Perfect location and very relaxing for my whole family! Thank you for sharing your home! We had zero problems and zero stress!

Wonderful home

Richard and Velinda’s beautiful home is the perfect little get away on the quieter end of Gulf Shores. It’s a short 3 minute walk to the public beach access and the private pool is a plus. We will definitely stay there again!

2024 Beach Vacay

The condo was nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have a private pool that didn’t have to be shared with a ton of people. The owners were very nice with answering any questions we had.

This was terrible and made for a terrible start to our family vacation. Very disappointed in VRB0 and the fact they haven’t issued the money they promised me. I assumed it would have been applied to the hotel bill but in checking out today they said not! VRBO needs to check out their rentals better!

Beach Getaway!

We had a great time at the Sawgrass point to condo. The unit was very clean and set up ready for our arrival. We found everything as explained in the descriptions. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. We highly recommend this rental unit, location, and hosts. We will do it again!

Perfect!!

The pictures don’t give this house justice! My family and I came for vacation, plenty of room for all of us which was 4 adults, 2 teens and 8 year old and 2 babies. My only complaint was the pool doesn’t have a liner so it tore the kids feed up, but other than that this house was perfect!!

Big 5-0 Celebration

We had SUCH a good time! The condo is beautiful, had nice furniture and everything we needed was there. We walked to the beach several times, had wine to celebrate the sundown (on one balcony or another) every night we were there. Just wonderful! Other families stayed in 2 of the units while we were there, but it worked out that each of us 'traded out' to share the pool and grilling area. Please be assured you'll enjoy your stay here. We just hope you don't have it booked we want to come back...

Annual family beach trip

We had both sides of the duplex rented. The condition of this rental is poor. There are many upgrades that need to be made. Carpet is dirty and worn, linens are poor quality and the pots and pans are old and worn. The units are also in need of a thorough cleaning. Frig was dirty and floor and furniture felt sandy. However we did not let this spoil our week at the beach. We all had a great time spending time together!

We have discussed your review with our cleaning staff and corrective action has been taken. The upgrades mentioned will be taken under consideration as well if not already in progress. Unkempt house but great location

The pictures on this listing are old. So old that there has been a house built next door. And the yellow house on the other side is blue now. The general upkeep of the property is poor. There are holes where things have fallen/been removed off the walls and haven’t been repaired. A large portion of the plates have chips. Several of the couch pillows have pencil eraser sized holes where buttons must have been. One of the guest rooms did not have blinds. One of the shelves in the bedroom fell down in the middle of the night. It had 2 shirts hanging on it. When we arrived, the house was not clean. Linens had been changed, and counters wiped, but that was about it. There was food in the couches, hair in the drawers, crumbs and hair in the kitchen drawers and cabinets as well as crusted food and grease on the outside of them. The walls were disgusting. We understand every scuff wouldn’t be wiped, but there were handprints and dirt covering the stairway and hallway walls. There was a literal crusted bloody booger on the wall in the stairway. The fans in every room were covered in black dust. The pictures, bed frames, and window sills were dusty. The grills were absolutely unusable. If this is an amenity you need, you will have to buy one. Besides a couple of buckets and small shovels, the beach supplies are all broken. The carpets were also not vacuumed. And looked liked they had never been cleaned. 3 blankets we pulled out for extra couch beds had crusted stains on them. And the kitchen towels and hot pads also had not been washed. I contacted the owner about the cleanliness issues and heard back from them just over an hour later. Although he did apologize (sort of) he was very argumentative about what cleanliness means. He said they can’t deep clean between every tenant, and they had just conducted one in May. He said they “only have 4-6 hours to clean a 2500 sq ft house”, as though any of that is an excuse to present a dirty home. He also told me that “dusting is not part of their general cleaning”. They sent their cleaner back out to the house. We were told she would be there in an hour. She came 2.5 hours later. And between her and 2 of us that were staying in the house, we spent 1.5 hours getting the house livable. The pros of the house are the location. It is AMAZING. The lagoon out the back and the ocean 1/2 block down was perfect. And the pool was fantastic. The house size was great. And we loved the back porches.

We try to exceed all expectations of our guests but sometimes we fail to do that. We visited the house directly after our guest left and found our house left in total disarray . All of our comforters including spares were removed from beds and storage shelves were laid under wet towels in front of washer in hall. We only ask guests to remove dirty linens in order to facilitate the time needed to wash and dry and put back on. Also, the kitchen had been reorganized without the owners permission. Glasses and dishes were missing from our inventory. We used the BBQ grill (purchased new in May 22) Only having to wipe clean the griddle and empty the grease trap. The grill is furnished by the association and is shared by all guests. The house gets DEEP cleaned at beginning of summer as represented but our great location next to a sandy beach and beautiful weather offers us some inside challenges in mid season with the outdoors that we are not always able to meet. We have sent the entire quest review to our cleaning service (who has cleaned for us for more than 10 years) for improvement purposes. We will do better in the future as most of our past reviews indicate we met or exceed our guests expectations.

Wonderful Home

Everything was wonderful here! From the shared pool, the grill set up, to the short stroll to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. Loved the beautiful sunset off the master bedroom porch!

Good place and location

We enjoyed our stay . The location was great . The owner was great to work with and was very responsive to any issues. One note is there are stairs if you have any elderly people in your party. Would stay here again.

Gulf shores stay at 203a west 13th Street

Property was in a good location close to beach and restaurants good Wifi. Beach house was very nice and had a good flowing theme throughout residence. My only complaints are the cleaning crew didn't get done cleaning residence until 3:57pm and we checked in at 4pm so that was hectic with children also prior to letting us into residence one of the cleaning crew members said they broke a talk box off the wall and they would fix it but ended up not doing so I had to fix it to best of my ability so the children were not exposed to the live electrical wires. But overall a good spot to stay with the family.

Perfect Long Weekend

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very spacious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities and then some. The pool was fantastic. The gazebo provided a nice sitting area and a large griddle, which was perfect for grilling burgers. We also enjoyed sitting in the area under the house when it was raining. We would definitely stay again.
