TOP FLOOR, 2 BALCONIES, CLOSE TO BEACH AND BOARDWALK, 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS

Enjoy your stay in Wildwood in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor (second floor) condo, with a front and back balcony and all new furniture in 2022. Your family (or families) will be comfortable with over 1600 square feet of total space on a quiet, safe, and family-friendly street on the southern end of Wildwood, two and a half blocks from the Boardwalk and beach. You will also be a short walk to many restaurants and activities. including the Wildwood Convention Center and Wildwood's very popular MudHen Brewery, along with Dogtooth and Poppis restaurant and the famous Duffers Ice cream and mini golf. You will also have a short walk to bay front restaurants, Acme, Wawa, Walgreens and CVS. Park your car in the garage (2 spots available, along with free street parking) and never use it again during your vacation! Complete beach gear includes a Cool Cabana, beach wagon, beach stroller, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, three boogie boards, and kids' toys. We also have a couple of fishing rods for you to use out on Sunset Lake, and crab baskets for you to try your hand at catching blue crabs in the back bay.

Parking Note: If you are bringing two large SUVs or trucks, note that getting into the back garage spot can be a challenge. Ideally you will want to park one large vehicle on the street, and then use the front garage spot for daily driving.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom, along with a balcony that is shared with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed that is on wheels, making it easy for you to change sheets. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and light, along with wireless phone chargers. There is a newer sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room comfortably seats 10+ people, including one in our comfy egg chair, while the dining area has room for 10 people, including three swivel bar stools and a dining table bench. The kitchen and dining area both have a perfect view of the 82-inch new Samsung TV in the living room area. The TV has a sound bar and sub-woofer to create a theater-like environment for watching movies or playing video games. Watch shows on our full selection of apps, including YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other "channels" using voice control. Each bedroom has a new smart TV with voice control mounted on the wall. Note that using Netflix may require that you use your own login information, as sometimes our account gets blocked as it is not in our "home range", which is Lower Bucks County.

Need to work from "home" while on vacation? Set up shop in one of the bedrooms where you will find a desk, office chair and extra monitor, along with a 43" TV on the wall. Enjoy your family down time by playing any of our large collection of adult and kid games, including "Wildwoodopoly". When you are not eating at any of the area's restaurants, you can cook your own meals using our fully-equipped kitchen that includes a variety of pots and pans (including a crab pot), plates, bowls, mugs, cups, flatware and other cooking utensils. After dinner, cleanup is easy with our garbage disposal and dishwasher. Appliances include a Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave oven. Our freezer includes an ice-maker. Never worry about how to keep your portable devices powered up by using our multi-plug charger in the kitchen.

Wake up with your morning cup of coffee and wind down your day with a glass of wine on our private balconies, where you will find a set of high Adirondack chairs, a bistro set and additional chairs. The front balcony gives you the morning sun, while keeping you in the cooler shade during the heat of the afternoon. The back balcony lets you take in the spectacular view of the evening sky as the sun sets. After a day at the beach and boardwalk, you can wash off all your sand using our outdoor shower. Before you enter the condo, you can hang up your towels and keep your sandy beach bags and gear in the foyer. Our laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, along with a bar to hang your shirts to finish drying. Need to press your clothes before heading out to dinner? We have an iron and ironing board for you to use.
