All of this is located in the exclusive 2300 acre Reunion Resort with world class amenities including infinity pools, hot tubs (in additional to your private pool and hot tub), a full-service spa, numerous restaurants, including the rooftop restaurant with views of Disney's fireworks, and a fully equipped fitness center. Please note this home does not include access to certain other amenities, such as the golf greens, or the little onsite water park (lazy river with 1 slide).

FOR THE KIDS
1 high-chair, stroller, and Pack-n-Play crib are all provided free of charge for your use.

Guests are provided a rental agreement to sign that is shown to security upon arrival at the resort and that has a personalized entry code that allows them to use the smart lock to access the house.

No Parties: Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited in all of our homes, including strict compliance with respect for neighbors. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted by local law enforcement officers with no refund.

No Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking. Strict penalties and fines are applied to guests who do not comply.

Security Deposit: This listing requires that a $500 refundable security be paid 24 hours before arrival.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
